The property was 1 minutes walk from station and the shopping strip. It was everything very handy.

The shower was small and it was warm. It was a charming place and I’m sure this is normal for the region.

The manager was great! He was very helpful and nice. We liked that the rooms were all together on one floor and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony and glad we were able to leave it open all night for air. It felt safe in this little town.

Elevator 5 min walk from train station. Quiet end of town. Very close to car parking. Clean. No ac but effective ceiling fan. Check in inside Pippo bar. Bed comfortable. Walk in shower in bright bathroom. Room 8 has small balcony, nice cross-breeze. Manager communicates well using Booking app. Had small hiccup with safe which was manager handled quickly. 10:00 checkout seems too early. Baggage storage in Info point about two minutes away. Great restaurant next door, Il Pirate. Best bruschetta ever.

This property was amazing, the room was lovely and just what you need. It is a great location away from the tourist area but so close, a 5 minute walk to the water. The restaurants downstairs were amazing and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again. Very clean and safe.

Like many suites in Italy, at times you can hear neighbors, but overall one of the quietest places we’ve stayed.

Spacious room close to the train station yet further from tourism - a quiet sleep and close to necessities. Very clean and large shower. TV has Netflix :) host was incredibly responsive and kind.

We didn't ask and perhaps this would have been available if we did, but an iron would have been great. But overall, nothing negative to note :)

The room was conveniently located near the train station (no steep incline), it was close to the beach but offered the quietness of the hills, we were able to sleep with our windows open and woke up to nature and silence. There are three locks/codes before you're in your room, it's very secure and there's an elevator if you need it. The room itself was clean, as described and comfortable with nice little touches like tea and coffee. We were able to leave our bags in the room before check in which was very helpful, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We ate at their restaurant twice and was offered a 10% discount (the food was good). Overall, this was worth the value and we would definitely recommend if you're looking to experience Vernazza.

The location is wonderful near the train station and easy walk to the town center and sea. The price is very good for a building and room that is comfortable, clean, , beautifully decorated and secured. The shower was fantastic, the staff welcoming and kind. Additionally the restaurant is very good!

Property exceeded expectations for a boarding house type of affair - very happy with our stay. Unfortunately, unbeknown to us, it was Independence Day in Italy so a long weekend. With half of Italy visiting and with closed and restricted trails on offer, our experience was limited.

Close to centre & train. Very clean, quiet and provided comfortable digs for several days. Handy cafes downstairs also had easy takeaways. A coffee pod machine! Very friendly greeting and introduction by Nicola.

Pippo a Vernazza is an excellent location. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. We had several questions when we arrived and they helped us with very good answers. It helped that the restaurant owns the apartments and were available when we arrived.

More than I expected and delightful in every way. Slightly up from the tourist path and train station so private/quiet. The staff (shout out to the wonderful Nicola!) made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Gave me recommendations and a friendly welcome! Also their restaurant is cute and the best in the town especially for the price. I would grab some pasta and then head to the water to eat by the sunset. Stay here, it’s the best!

We loved our stay here! Our room was charming and super clean, with comfy bed and pillows; the location of the property is perfect, just a few minutes away from the train station - and it's an easy walk, no stairs or steep curvy streets up the hill :D The staff was also super nice and easy-going. All in all, it was a great stay and we highly recommend this place!

Our neighbor liked to smoke which meant we had to keep our windows closed at night or we’d be smoking too while trying to sleep.

This is a good value to stay in Vernazza. You are a 2 minute walk from train station and the busy main street but on the “quiet” end of that same street. The room was simple, no frills, clean, spacious with a good working shower. The stream along the road provided great white noise, love the sound of running water! The II Pirata place downstairs had excellent breakfast choices and the twin owners were funny.

If I was to pick something, maybe the fact that in the bathroom on the ceiling it was a little mold, but it's to be expected in those places with high humidity.

Very nice place. We had a great time here. The building has even an elevator so for persons with low mobility or with bags, it's just perfect. The room was clean and the host very nice and helpful. Downstairs you even have a bar/restaurant with amazing pasta.

There is no air conditioning in the room, however, keeping the window open and fan on made the room pleasant enough during our stay.

The room met our expectations, was large enough for the 3 of us and was very clean and inviting. Shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. Location was perfect, we did not hear any noise at all and is close enough to the train station, and the village. Food downstairs in the restaurant was also nice. We would certainly come back and stay again.
