N/A- The apartment was really good and great value for 4 adults. An improvement point could be to have a bigger sofa unit which can accommodate 4 adults ( the existing one is a bit small) as there’s plenty of floor space.

The property was in an excellent location - close to the canals, restaurants, lake, gelaterias and shops. It was spacious and clean - with plenty of tourist information. Kitchen was well equipment- big fridge and a dishwasher. ( plus utility area- washing machine etc) Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus- it also had an extra mezzanine area which could serve as a third bedroom or seating area. Paola, our host, was so friendly and helpful-she spent time making us feel welcome and settling us into the apartment.

The space in the apartment and the location were just fantastic. The host Paolo was great and gave us some good travel tips on arrival, very helpful and welcoming.

Nothing that significantly impacted our stay but a few things here and there could use some updating/repair (for example some wood paneling was loose and seemed like it could come off which would be dangerous). It wasn’t hot but the apartment was warm and stuffy because it’s on the third floor and the a/c wasn’t on yet.

Fantastic location in the middle of town, friendly host, huge apartment, great to have two bathrooms (with bathtubs!!). Nice to have a good elevator as apartment is on the third floor

This being a loft there is limited daylight in some of the rooms. Kitchen reasonably well-equipped but lacks capsules for the coffee machines. Waste recycling protocol somewhat complex.

This is a fantastically atmospheric and really vast loft apartment. Absolutely loved the tasteful 1980s furnishings with great bathroom design and comfy bedrooms. Can easily sleep 6–8 people with masses of space. Located on a nice quite street of Peschiera historical centre within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. 10 minutes to Peschiera train station with hourly connections to Verona so really convenient as an alternative to staying in town. Paola the host was very amiable and has plenty of useful local recommendations.

Air condition was pretty loud, but well… this is how the air condition works :)

Apartment is located in the center of the town and it is close to all restaurants and shops. There is a bakery almost very close to it. it has two big bathrooms with bathtubs. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary tools. We liked the design a lot.

Because of the location it can be quite noisy, bin collections etc, however every where is very clean so small price to pay for us

Even though we were delayed by an hour, arriving at 8pm, Paola met us in the piazza and took us to the apartment after giving us our parking pass. She took the time to show us around and suggested places to eat and drink locally. The apartment is right in the town centre.

We stayed 4 nights, one was stormy. During the heavy rain the roof in the living room **started leaking!** Luckily the weather quickly improved. There are no hangers for towels, the second shower and bath are not properly maintained...

Ok overall - little things that were inconvenient. Blinds didn’t block out light - glad we brought blackout blind with us for our child. Was quite noisy from square at the weekends. Glad we didn’t need third bed as it was above communal area and no way of blocking light from velux windows. Shower sprays water onto the floor making it slippery.

Friendly host who met us at the apartment and kindly allowed us to check out late. Really spacious. Lots of kitchen equipment, E.g. nespresso machine with pods, plastic kids plates/bowls. Fantastic central location - next to ferry terminal, buses to Sirmione and 15 min walk to station. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels. Lift up to the apartment. Provided comfortable travel cot for our child. Also has 2 highchairs. Lovely bakery nearby that does great pizza and also has essentials like bread, milk (Panificio Brizzolari). Excellent ice cream nearby from La Cremeria.

The shower has no door so water gets all over the floor but it's okay with some extra towels.

Amazing apartment with lots of space. A little dated but tastefully decorated and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen. The heating system can be a little noisy sometimes but it's not a big deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to come back next time!
