Excellent location, just a short walk to main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff always willing to assist. Breakfast choice generous and fresh ; nicely prepared fresh coffee.

No elevator access to the suite and there were dust mites in the bed, so we both got multiple allergy bumps on our skin after the stay.

PRIVATE terrace if you book the suite. Almost every other hotel has a tiny balcony or a shared terrace. This one has a private one just for you! Incredible views of Florence with no one around you.

Great location! Great staff, they were super helpful and knowledgeable. The location is great! It’s down the street from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and a 10 minute walk from train station. Highly recommend! If I’m ever back in Florence I plan to stay here again!

Being one of so many tourists!

Very friendly staff, who took time to find out about your day as well as providing tips for restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious. The location was ideal for getting around the city and close to trams and trains.

Towels don't need to be changed everyday.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help with information and suggestions. The location was just perfect, especially the convenience of the tram to the airport. Worth including that information on the website if not already. Breakfast was a good selection and I was happy that almond milk was available.

Property is right at the centre, a minute walk from the duomo. Although it is in the centre, I did not experience any issues with noise. Hotel is served with a loft which is a massive perk, staff are super friendly and english speaking, rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast offered has a wide selection to suit different needs. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

Noisy pipes in evening, guessing from people showering. Tv standby light lit up the room so had to switch the room power off. Towel had a horrible stain on it.

Location is wonderful. 2 mins away from the Duomo. Center to everything! The weekend Staff and everyone is amazing. Lovely breakfast! Had to change to a larger room with view to the Duomo due to my booking error but Laura was so nice about it. Thank you again!

The staff were the most helpful people I've ever met. I must have encountered five or six different members of staff and each one was friendly, helpful and informative. They gave me a restaurant recommendation every night I was there - even discussing amongst themselves as to the best place. Any issues with the room were swiftly sorted, the location is literally perfect and I can't fault a single thing.
