The hot tub really didn't get hot enough, think the thermostat probably had a lock out.

We were met by the hostess at the door! She was very kind and took us through the apartment, so we had a great orientation, as well as providing us a map and recommendations on things to see and places to eat! Very well-appointed apartment! Clean, spacious with wonderful outdoor area with a hot tub after a long day's sightseeing! Well stocked kitchen with breakfast items etc. Washer and dryer came in handy.

Beautiful apartment in a neighborhood just far enough away from the busy areas. Apartment was clean and the rooftop terrace and hot tub deck were great. Hosts were always easy to contact and very helpful. Would stay here again if we would return!

Location! 7 mins walk and no bridges - perfect with suitcases! The apartment is huge! 2 outside areas, washing machine (in cupboard), full kitchen, breakfast provisions, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Vaporetto stop nearby. Exactly like the photos! Our host Ale was so helpful. Loved it!

Absolutely perfect apartment. 7 mins walk away from the train station, in a beautiful part of the city. The apartment was spotless and decked out nicely. The rooftop terrace overlooking the canal and 2nd outdoor terrace were ideal. Restaurants close by, with an exceptional one just below. Ale, the host was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommended

The location is spectacular. It's in a rather quiet spot just outside of the hustle. The unit itself was quite spacious right on the canal. The rooftop terrace was lovely, especially in the evening.

One of the pictures showed a table set with food, which we implied was a picture of included breakfast. The breakfast you get is a coffee, yogurt, OJ, packaged cookies.The hot tub is on a seasonal schedule, this should be in the property description, so visitors do not bring swimsuits.

The place was decorated tastefully. Al beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, the two bathrooms were just enough for the group. The host was a doll, very useful, went above and beyond to help us navigate through town and even booked for us the final water taxi to get to the airport. Many many thanks. Alessia was very quick to respond to our questions and her English is a bonus. The casa is within a couple-mile nice walk to downtown. A supermarket and shops are all nearby.

This apartment was everything we needed and our experience was exceptional! The location was super central, only a few minutes walk from the train station but at the same time in a quiet and beautiful area! Recently renovated with a beautiful view facing the Canal and incredible outdoor terraces - the hosts thought of every detail and decorated and furnished it with a lot of taste. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable! Alessia was wonderful, she was very welcoming and helpful and found every way to accommodate us. Our elderly grandmother loved it and would have stayed there if she could, same as we! We will definitely come back here and can’t recommend this place enough - grazie! <3
