The long walk back haha, up those steps, but this is what you go there for, the experience, and it was well worth it. There is a shuttle bus every hour if your feeling a little lazy, I didn’t use it because I need the exercise 😀

The views were amazing, but the location is a bit far from the beach, so it's about a 15 minute walk (all down steep stairs) to get the centre of Positano on the beach.

View was excellent, had a private patio. The staff was very nice, and welcomed us and provided any information we needed, and even helped locate a few nice spots nearby. It was a great stay.

The hotel is an absolute gem in Positano. The location is perfect ! The staff incredible, this place felt like home. And we felt so good there that the terrace was the location my partner chose for his proposal. We will definitely be back !

The staff was incredible and very helpful. We had room 26, which overlooked the sea, and a Sideview of the city. I would high recommend this hotel to anyone that visits Positano. It's not a bed and breakfast, but that didn't matter to us, we were there to experience the city.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, we had the city view and it was stunning as it overlooked the whole city as well as the sea! The shared roof terrace was also beautiful with great views! The location was perfect with close distance to restaurants and the beach. Incredible value for money considering the prices of other places nearby, this was so worth it

Nothing, it couldn’t have been better.

The staff at the property were all family and greeted us as we left and returned. They were all very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The views of the rooms with a terrace are exceptional. And you can’t beat the price of this hotel especially in positano. The room was super clean, cleaned daily by housekeeping and spacious. The hotel is extremely close to some of the best restaurants in positano. We walked everywhere from this hotel. This was the best stay of our entire Europe trip and I look forward to staying here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful pension in Positano, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making me feel right at home. A standout moment was on my birthday when they made me with a complimentary breakfast, with sea view in the terrasse without charging extra prices ! , the gesture was heartwarming and much appreciated. The pension’s location is another major plus; it's very easy to reach, which is a significant advantage in a place like Positano where navigating can sometimes be challenging. Overall, the combination of exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and convenient location made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this pensione to anyone visiting Positano!

This view was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend starting here if you don’t mind walking up and down quite a bit of stairs. 15 minute walk to the main port but it is all up hill, very steep. That did not stop us from enjoying our trip- just be cautious. You can always taxi up and have a bag service take your bags, but we just did it on our own. It was a great way to stay active for us. On your way down and up to and from the home, there is an amazing few. You pass a ton of shopping and restaurants on the way as well, so I would recommend walking so you can see all of the places to eat at with a good few!

There is a curfew at 1h30 to be aware of which wasn't posted when booking the place, checked again to make sure it wasn't me who looped the info but didn't find it neither. Then again since everything closes quite early in Positano (minus their badly reviewed only nightclub), 1h30 am was more than enough. Perhaps the lights on the balcony could be better as well.

Location was convenient as it's close to the quieter beach 370 steps down takes about 10 mins to reach. To go back there's a way to circle to the main beach if you don't want to walk the steps up. It's also near a few of the most recommended restaurants in the city. View was outstanding, balcony was enough and had sunbeds in addition to the table and the beds. There's also a hidden terrace near the room that offered a even more panoramic view great for pictures. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Carlo, such a warm soul. And they provided us with what we need when we asked including iron and beach towels. Check in and check out was simple and the host even offered some flexibility in the checkout. All in all amazing place to stay when in positano.

The best view of Positano! Room was very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and hospitable. We loved having the terrace to ourselves and had takeaway pizza with the best view. And close to the beach!

Keep in mind this is a very low budget option in Positano compared to the ridiculous price of stays in the heart of the city. We unfortunately had a bit of ants in the bathroom but understand it was a general problem in the city at the time we were there.

Location! Location! Location! Unbeatable value for the price in this location. There were obviously some trade off on comfort which we willingly accepted. Room did the job! Views from the balcony are stunning and you are at reasonable walk distance from everything. Staff was lovely.
