We were allocated a different room than we booked on Booking.com. Unfortunately the rooms were very tired and in desperate need of an update. Our bathroom had mould all around the bath. Car parking was also very stressful at this property- shouldn’t advertise it as free car parking as it’s very limited.

Nothing particularly bad about it.

Excellent location at just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shopping,.... A big terrace with a fantastic view as well as a nice swimming pool. The Personnel (whom we interacted with, Francesca and Valentina) was extremely helpful and polite.

The salt water swimming pool was akward. The pool could be more enjoyable with normal water in the pool. And the glide was out of order but that can happen.

The entry and exit procedures are fast, and the reception staff are wonderful and kind, especially Mr. Luca and his wife. They provide assistance and are wonderful. The breakfast is normal. The hotel is comfortable and clean.

It’s a four star hotel but surprisingly they are missing some basic services that you find in any hotel. There was no one to help us with our luggage when we arrived and the receptionist was not welcoming or helpful at all.

Location was nice and the rooms have a nice view.

There is a major problem with the electricity, which is cut off without warning, and this is a major drawback for such a hotel. The biggest problem is the air conditional, which makes living difficult.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and consistently went above and beyond. The room was a great size with a large sea facing terrace, and the facilities across the hotel were great, including bike hire and a decent sized seawater pool. Everything was always very clean. Very good all you can eat breakfast included in the booking and other food options available during the day at an extra but affordable cost. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The area is also great with lots of amazing restaurants and street food, beautiful architecture and there are a number of beaches within short walking distance offering a range of facilities. Definitely one of our best holidays!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I only wish I stayed longer than 2 nights. I didn’t expect much and chose it mainly for the pool and a good price, but it has exceeded all my expectations!! I traveled solo and received an upgrade for the sea view with a big corner balcony overlooking the marina and the town!! This made my vacation! The room was great, big bathroom, super clean, nice smell in the room/property, everything is new. Very well maintained. The pool with the sea water and the pool area on the deck with the bar and the view - simply amazing. Great breakfast with a good choice of food was included. Location is top, it’s 2 minutes from a boardwalk, located up the hill with a great view and there’re elevators from the street to the hotel level. Very nice hotel staff!

A lot is worn down - one escalator could barely open the doors. The pool is not super clean. Not enough sun beds.

The room was not very clean, the carpet was broken and with spots in different parts. The mattresses of both sofa-beds were full of yellow spots and the furniture in the patio was also dirty and there was even a cigarette left on the coffee table.

The hotel was in a very good location, the room was large for 4 people, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel, very old and small bathroom with shower in the bathtub, air conditioning was loud and didn’t work and it was almost too hot to sleep, walls are paper thin and you could hear your neighbors walk and talk, breakfast was bad with little choices, cold lighting in the room, no coffee in the room, pool wall looked black, so didn’t want to swim, people reserved the pool chairs with their towels before breakfast and didn’t show up for a long time, overpriced, you pay for the location only
