My only 1 problem was that the rooms r not soundproof. Even after the first night I had to change my room, still the noises were pretty bad. Starting from the early morning as the kitchen staff started working, (like they were banging the walls or something) thru the day and night cause u can hear everything what the guests r doing. :(

This property has 2stars but really is serving like a pro. The decorations all over the building and in the rooms r adorable. The room was very clean, spot on. I had a small double room, now that really small tho but was okey. Had a balcony aswell. It had a small fridge, safe, shower, aircon, toiletries, towels. The staff were friendly and always helpful. They even bought a gluten and seeds free bread for me. So the breakky for me was a bit weird, cause it wasnt a buffet and everything was in a small size but all what u can do is going back and ask for more. The owner lady was lovely aswell. Oh the location is perfect. Its on a smaller street, so the high street’s noise wont disturb u. And its on walking distance with lot of restaurants. To town u can go with a bus, costs 2.50€. The taxi is extremly expensive if u go for example to a shopping centre.

Very friendly and nice staff, especially the breakfast staff 🎀. Daily cleaning, location very close to the sea. A Konrad supermarket is also 500 meters away A minibar for drinks, where you can store beer, cola, etc. in the cold.

The room we stayed in was quite smaller than I expected, there is really just a big bed and like 50cm around it, and that’s it. And a tiny bathroom. And there was no closet, just a hanger and one drawer. I mean, we managed, we didn’t have many things, but at least a shelf would be nice, and there would be a place for it. Another thing, you can really hear everything, not only the alarm clock in the another room, but even though we stayed on the 2nd floor, we heard everything from the breakfast room downstairs - maybe try a better insulation around doors?

The first thing that charms you is the beautiful smell when you enter the building. The building itself is very nicely reconstructed, it definitely stands out in the whole street, even the room and equipment is new and very elegant, even though it’s just a 2* hotel. Rooms have a great functioning AC and they are cleaned every day. Then there is the breakfast - great looking and even better tasting food, from sweet to salty, and the ice cream - yumm! The staff is very nice and pleasant. On the last day when we had to leave very early, they prepared us a breakfast packages with a great amount of food, which was very nice. Location of the hotel is also perfect, it’s just 100m to the beach and a few minutes to the part of the busier street with restaurant and cafes, the hotel itself is in the quiet part of the town. I definitely recommend.

Great location. Very nice, clean and light room. Great bathroom. Ice cream - nice and funny hotel theme. Very helpfull and pleasant staff. Great breakfast, many options what to eat. Also very nice, that you can get ice cream. Our flight was on the evening of the check-out day, so staff let us leave the luggage’s in reception until then.

Located in a quiet street, so you can have a rest, but very close to the sea, restaurants. Everything is brand new, we loved the bathroom, our huge balcony, the pillows, air conditioning worked properly! The breakfast was amazing! Staff was very helpful and polite! Couldn't be better!

The only thing that i didn't like that much was the parking, the parking itself wasn't that bad, but it definitly wasn't 50 meters. I would say it was like 100-150 meters.

I really liked the personal, they were all nice and understanding. The breakfast people were so amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Sea was like 2 minutes away and everything was clean and comfy.

The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the beach. Parking was also possible nearby for a small fee. Staff is nice, also they serve a really good breakfast, with ice cream if you want. If we go to Rimini again, I'll be happy to book with them.

The room was quite small for our liking. There was also a noise from the streets in the evening but that's to be expected in this area during the season.

Hotel was very nicely decorated and scented according to the theme. It's about two minutes from the beach and main street and the sea is visible from some balconies. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast had both sweet and salty options and of course ice cream as well. We recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay in this area as the value for money is great and it's one of the prettiest hotels you could possibly find around there. There is also a bus stop on each corner of the street and it takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the centre of Rimini by bus.

The cleaning was a little haphazard - the room itself was clean but we got sandy at the beach and it was still on the floor when we left. No check-out instructions and then they threatened me with calling the police because they couldn't find the keys which I'd placed back where I got them, a little overdramatic.

The hotel is 100 meters from the beach. Close to bus stop number 4 (to the railway station or old town). In walking distance supermarket Conad and Ristorante La Tavernetta sul Mare. The hotel is new and clean. Excellent breakfasts and delicious coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a fantastic experience there. Went for my birthday and it exceed my expectations. Staff is super nice. The place is sparkling clean and new. Room was very confortable. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen with a lot of options including home made Gelato. Definitely recommend!
