Location was a walk from main train station, perfect for me to get to the air port and to see Rome main historic sites. Easy public transportation to every corner of Rome.

There was not any cleaning everyday, maybe there was in the bathroom. The walls between the apartments were quite thin, sometimes we heard everything clearly, but luckily our neighnours spent the night with sleeping.

Good location, for very good price. The Termini and Tiburtina close to the hotel, safe surroundings. For us it was enough, because we spent our time from morning till every evening in the town, so we went home only for having bath and sleep.

Mattress too hard for us, no facilities to make a tea or coffee in the room, noise from other guests in corridor. Shower head was not good, did not fit into holder so you had to hold it all the time

The cleaning was not too good and the staff could be more welcoming. Besides they keep record of your ID which violates data protection in my view.

The bed is not comfortable!Is a gap between the door and the floor which is very uncomfortable because the light from the coridor is entering in the room and as well the noise from other rooms! The maid room is on the same floor and since 8am when she starts her shift she was on fire…speaking and talking very loud!

There are no glasses no utensils no kettle. It would be nice to have those in the room.

Walking distance to the Rome terminal and near by good restaurants and supermarkets. It’s an old building but the room interior was new.

The hotel is 10 min walk from Termini. Towels are changed every day. There is a possibility to leave the baggage at the reception after check-out.

The location is very nice, very near to the roma termini . Peaceful place and safe . There is a bus stop in front of the hotel . And the metro station is also very close to the hotel. Everything is at walking distance.

Receptionists are not very interested to help visitors. Maybe they are shouldn’t but it’s tourist place and I am pregnant woman with a baby and stroller would like to have little bit more explanation how the lift works, or how to open entrance to come in with luggage and pram. Not European behaviour. Noticed indifference, sorry

We had greatest view from the balcony. Room was clean and next day also towels, bed sheets were changed

Old building, vi could hear our neighbors.

We could leave our baggage on the reception after our checkout time. The stuff was nice and always available. Vi could pay by card for the tourist tax.

Due to Booking mistake? we were charged more than the tax price per head we had seen when we did the booking - 5e instead of 3.5 e per night. Not enough hot water. One more chair would be nice, mattress cover is a must

good size, near Roma termini/metro/buses, daily cleaner, tips from helpful receptionist, close to super market/cafes, restaurants, quiet area, some noisy guests

The room size is not good for 4 family or large, not enough spaces to put stuff but had 1 bunk bed for kids No breakfast no kettle to have own breakfast was a bit frustrating

Location was to the nearest metro station Termini. And a lot of cafe or restaurant around location.
