The Palazzo is really a fabulous place, really spacious and magical at night with the light in the courtyard. The team is lovely, special shout-out to Matteo and Alessandro for their help and advice regarding restaurant/bars etc. Lovely breakfast with local product and large variety of sweet/salty product. Unfortunately the pool/sauna is still work in progress but after showing me the area it looked very promising! The location is also a plus, within 5min walking distance to the Duomo Plazza.

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for anyone staying in Lecce. Location was ideal. In the city center, but on a quiet street. The staff were very welcoming, and incredibly attentive. I loved the aesthetic. It felt like a combination of modern and classic style that fit perfectly with the property. Room was very spacious and the AC was strong. The breakfast was also delicious. If I visit Lecce again, I’m staying here.

The staff was gracious, friendly and attentive. Truly a special staff. Francesca's breakfast were AMAZING! The staff only further enhanced the beauty of this former monastery! It was truly magical. Spaces were well decorated, clean lines, contemporary mixed with ancient old structure. Breakfast dining areas were gorgeous. Sitting rooms was very comfy as well.

Loved absolutely everything!

We spent 3 nights in Lecce at Palazzo Sant’ Anna and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia. From the start, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We had trouble finding our way at first and called the hotel hoping to just get directions and instead they quickly arrived by car to guide us. Once we got our bearings we were able to park easily outside the Porta Rudiae, just a 5 minute walk to the palazzo, very convenient. The breakfasts were superb with an assortment of savory and sweet offerings, all home made. When I asked for gluten free bread (I have celiac), the next morning, the most delicious fresh GF bread appeared along with a delicious savory tart as well as a sweet coconut cake. What a treat! Last but not least, the beautiful design off the Palazzo itself. Every single little detail is thoughtfully considered and feels luxe yet cozy, like being a guest in the home of a creative friend with great taste. On our last day, we were lucky to meet the owner and designer Beatrice, who created this exceptional place. We hope to return to Lecce and the Palazzo sometime soon!

I wish the cereal was fresher and the milk and water were colder. Perhaps have fresh tomatoes and cucumbers every day during the heat of summer.

I had a lovely, historic room with wonderful air conditioning (needed in the heat of summer). I liked the evening turn down service with dessert! The staff were very helpful and sweet.

Quality of towels was fair. More soaps and shampoos in room for that price. Rooms need to have some numbers on them for the ease of guests. There should be instructions in the room for wi-fi passwords and electri outlets. Room was too bare. Decoration needed.

Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful local cheeses and meats. Loved the different pizzas. Fruit. Pastries and sweets.I loved meeting other guests too.

This is a place of history and will remarks a beautiful memory on each soul who visit . A soulful place built by heart. The atmosphere and energy are amazing , and true, even the walls here , have a heart. Came on mid May 2024, as a group of friends of 3 , during the soft opening period I think as they are just open recently if I am not mistaken. The Spa, Library and Cinema Room still on renovation but Beatrice , the founder n owner of this place gave me a sneak preview and also took a little tour on each room who have their own designs and uniqueness. We also had a woman to woman chat on motherhood. So beautiful. Will be come back for sure not only to try the facilities, but also for making another remarkable memories and stay longer off course. All the staffs , Matteo, Maya and teams also welcome us as if we are part of their family too and customised our need. Best of the best accomodation that we choose from this early summer trip . Beautifully restored building, the rooms were fabulous with so many lovely touches. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and a wonderful selection. Definitely recommend, one of the best places we have stayed.

Beautiful property in the historic center of Lecce! This place is an oasis of tranquility and good decoration in a very convenient place. Perfect for exploring both the region as well as the city - walking distance for all major attractions. Our room was beautiful and silent! The property is developed in old houses, so each room is different and oddly shaped. Though, almost a 5-star property, the bathrooms and toilet are a bit inconveniently placed.

Very friendly and helpful staff took care of all our needs. The owners were themselves present and looked into all the minor details to make our stay enjoyable. Very good Breakfast and high-quality linen.

The room, though charming, lack some functionally of more modern rooms. Lack of space between room and bathroom. Small bathroom size. There were not a lot charging stations for our devices. Though these are nit picky things, the stay overall was wonderful.

The breakfast was superb. The staff treated you like an extension of family. They were so kind and gracious with any request or accommodation.

A beautiful property located very close to the Porta Rudiae. Amazing architecture and interior design very comfortable large rooms and a fantastic breakfast with tons of options. The hosts were very helpful at check in, with making reservations and offering helpful tour suggestions. I would love to come back and stay even longer. Lecce is a great town and the Palazzo Sant’anna is a great place to relax and enjoy the area.
