We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe breakfast was extensive, but due to the corona measures you were not allowed to grab food yourself. The staff was not always present to scoop up breakfast immediately. The hotel is located on a busy road. At night you can hear the cars loudly when you keep your window open for some fresh air. It is a pity that you have to pay for the air conditioning. In any case, the air conditioning did not work with us
It was a nice and clean hotel. Fortunately, the staff spoke English, because not everyone speaks English in the area. The reception is open 24/7, which was very nice. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned every day and there were plenty of towels.

BelgiumI didn't like the fact that for a single woman is a bit decentered by attractions and Milan..very few taxi in the area and no Uber. You have only an excellent Japanese restaurant, supermarket in 5 min from the hotel, except that nothing.
I liked the hotel was very clean, a five star to Brigida at the reception she is absolutely excellent and professional. She made my stay easy by finding taxi everytime and having welcoming and smiley people when you arrive in a city is a major asset!

United Kingdomrestaurant facilities are closed for some reason but was nothing on their own website or booking.com to tell you that. so no room service available. Breakfast very disappointing as very slow at refilling anything. not many people in breakfast but no eggs and bacon and topped it up once in 30 mins. lots of people came and went with not a lot to eat as the pastries etc had all run out and weren’t refilled.
