A little more variety for meals. The breakfast while having a good selection, there could have been a couple more warm meals available. i.e. pancakes, french toast, different eggs etc.

The newly renovated rooms were great. The Spa was excellent, and the availability of E-bikes at the Hotel was a plus. The staff was very friendly and the service exceptional.

Very friendly staff, room was clean. The spa area was brand new and very enjoyable. The breakfast has a large variety. Close to the lake with the bus stop just outside. Also only a few minutes walk to the castle.

The rest of the hotel was as little tired. Our newly renovated room was lovely, but one suggestion would be that it needed a mirror in the main room, not just one in the bathroom. We counted 9 cranes in the view from the balcony - building works all over the town!!

The car park can be a little tight when it is busy, but for the week of our stay, we had no difficulties.

The location in Arco is fantastic for anyone wanting to tour the area. Arco is less crowded than the towns on the lake but no less beautiful. All the Reception staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful.

There was a certain sweet but annoying smell what welcomed us in the entrance of the room. We had to keep the windows open and the ventillation on, otherwise it appeared again.

The hotel has a very good location, and has a lot to offer for the ones who visits Arco, and wants to get around the city. The room had a king size bed in it, which left a small place on every side of it to move around, but it didn't felt cramped. Well, it will be certainly annoying for some above 100-120 kg. The furniture was thought through, we were able to put most of our clothes and stuff away from sight. The pool was a real relief from the heat, and we really liked that they had showers nearby. The hotel offered bathrobe and slippers, as well towels for the beach. I had no chance to try the spa though. We had a beautiful view of the mountains.from our balcony. I'm still cheered up whenever I think about our stay at Palace Hotel Cittá. We havent had our dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious food to offer. It had a huge selection of antipasti and fresh vegetables and fruit, cereals, bakery products, salamis and cutlets, Everything was stocked up relatively quick if -for example- the delicious.scrambled eggs were taken.

we were there for our golden wedding anniversary, there was a transport strike nothing was working. The hotel Director gave us a lift to lake Garda, they also gave us a bottle of cava and fruit in our room, and a bottle of wine at dinner time. they were very helpful. comfortable room.
