We were right above the bar, which could be a bit loud. But our noise machine cancelled it out and we slept well!

Group of 8 of us travelling, we had 5 rooms between us all on one floor together which was really great. Rooms were all a good size with en suites. Access into the property was easy, with parking easily found on the road. Very clean, bedding changed every day which we were not expecting. Great location for exploring the local area if you have a car, good base to go view Ostia Antica archaeological site. Cafe below was very good, coffee was delicious.

Our third stay and the owners and staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Very handy to have a great eatery and bar as part of the establishment. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and there are always locals coming and going for a coffee, a meal or a drink. Not a tourist in sight!

This property feels like a hostel, not the B&B I expected. The facility is clean, just felt like I was getting a tiny room amongst other tiny rooms.

Cafe downstairs, quiet after the dogs stopped barking. Most comfortable bed I slept in, in my month in Italy.

the place is as it is shown on the pictures, very clean. The coffee we had on the morning breakfast is one of the best coffee’s i had during my travels. The place is worth every penny.

We ordered B&B but we had to leave 30 minutes before the breakfast time starts and there was no possibility for a takeaway breakfast that was a little disappointment.

Clean rooms , not big but nice . Nice stuff trying to help . Relatively close to Rome airport about 20 minutes drive , the parking is on the street near the property. Exactly what you need for one night stay before flight.

Distance from the centre. It's 22 min and anything from €34/47 Uber ride. The breakfast was a pastry and coffee,not great.

It was authentic. The staff were friendly. Extremely clean. The cleaning staff made our beds with fresh towels and with a very artistic flair in towel layout!

It is attached to their restaurant and our room overlooked their back prep area with the garbage, so we couldn’t really open up the slider due to garbage and smoking.

It’s off the beaten path, which is fine after a week in Rome. They are super nice and accommodating….they drove us to the ruins one day, and then provided an airport shuttle for a reasonable cost. They don’t do daily housekeeping so just ask for fresh towels if you need them. The included Breakfast is basically anything you want to order downstairs, not a typical included breakfast, but equally fine. We enjoyed the family run vibe.

Location is a bit tricky out of the way in a quiet residential area, not at all touristy. A long and not attractive walk (30 mins) to Ostia Antica archaological site and train station but there is a bus just down the road so not too bad (pay on bus by card but doesn't give a ticket). Took the bus all the way to the beach as well. Also took a VERY cheap bus from beach to airport having chosen not to accept an offer of a lift to airport for 30 Euros from an enterprising person in b and b who lead me to believe the journey to airport was more difficult than it actually was.

Nice and friendly owner, busy Italian café bar business sells really nice pizza and other delicious food. Room clean and comfortable, bed, bathroom good. The aircon was not very good and unfortunately our view wasnt great. Tasty coffee and croissant for breakfast.

Typical of most beds in Rome, the beds were very hard.

Proximity to the airport was great. Delicious food at the pizzeria attached to the B&B. The owner of the B&B personally drove us to the airport in the morning and share information about the town. Didn’t have time to explore Ostea Antica but it looks like a great place to visit with a massive archeological park.

The balcony door couldn't be locked. I arrived late and had issues with the card not working and didn't get proper help, they were closing up. If you arrive in a non-standard check-in time that might be an issue.

The best thing about this place is the bar in the ground floor and the food they serve. It's good and convenient. The room and bathroom are good.

There is no lamp on the desk, and the shower head leaked due to eccessive water pressure.

During my stay the room was always impeccable, the bathroom very clean and I had fresh towel everyday. The staff was very helpful, providing information on public transport and local amenities

The only issue I had was the location. Or, rather, the fact that I wasn’t able to find a public transport to get to the hotel (I arrived on a Sunday evening), and had to call a taxi. The driver was very nice and charged me 3 euros less than what was shown in the taxi meter, but still, 35€ for a 10 mins ride seem over the top (there’s no fixed price, like there is when driving to Roma or Ostia Lido, and just the flag down was some 21€). To get to the Ostia antics metro are station you need to either drive or take a bus. There is no sidewalk so no possibility to walk

Very nice B&B. The owners really go the extra mile to please the guest and make the stay as nice as possible (they’ll even bring the pizza ordered in the restaurant they own next to the B&B to the room!) All the furniture and sheets etc. seemed completely new. The room was very tidy. Really excellent
