Communication from the host was a problem. The key code to the main door was given but not to our apartment. And without the wifi code communication was even more difficult.

The area of the accommodation and the courtyard was a bonus. Walking distance to supermarket and bus stop. The rooms have ac which makes the summer heat outside bearable. Cold water in room with coffee and toast snacks is helpful.

Unfortunately, several guests used the courtyard for loud conversation during early morning and evenings. Water could have been hotter.

There was no breakfast but cakes and crisp breads available with jams and spreads. Room was lovely and spacious. Bedding and towels changed regularly. Great location, short walk to main shopping and restaurant area. The airport bus stopped just at top of the road. Easy access to buses to beaches.

The price - performance is good. The picture on the WebSite (Booking.com) show the inner courtyard - which we had no access to. Not sure if other rooms do or not. Our access was directly from the street. Is basically a bed and breakfast - without breakfast. The location is a bit off from the center of town, but if you are a walker (like us), you will have no problems. Breakfast was close by - Pasticceria (Segafredo Zanetti Mocci) - where you can get a simple Italian breakfast for a good price. Owner was very helpful - should call up to let him know when you will show up once you are close to the Inn. Surroundings is a bit messy (garbage on street) but I guess this is normal for most of the area.

there was no soap in the shower, so had to take the hand soap from the hand basin to use in shower. would have been better if a small shelf was in shower with soap provided

short walk to main high street bars and restaurants, free parking, chairs and coffee table outside room. mattress was very soft and comfortable, felt like memory foam.

We didn't realise that there isn't a reception & that the office next door is only open at certain hours. I had sent a text via booking.com to request leaving our bags there, as we were arriving early, but didn't receive a reply. We decided to just turn up & it was just by chance that the office was open & we were, very kindly, allowed to check-in 5 hours early! The office closed soon after our arrival so I think we were lucky. However, there are telephone numbers on the door.

We liked the spacious, bright rooms & the communal terrace.

We stayed here as a final stop in Olbia before taking our flight home the next day. This place was perfect for what we needed, lovely cool room, nice bed and cute little courtyard outside to relax in. I would highly recommend!

The mattresses were too soft, dipping quite a bit. It was fine for one night, but that would be my only minor complaint.

Very nicely designed, and really lovely once you get inside with a beautiful courtyard and homey touches in the room. The room was also larger than expected and quite comfortable. The host was so kind and welcoming as well. The surrounding area is not a place worth visiting in my opinion, but this Inn is great if you need an overnight stay before heading to the airport in the morning.

Rooms located alongside the road are a little bit noisy. Breakfast could be improved (fruits and yogurt for example).

Sardinia in a nutshell: Needlessly ruined by details.

Not the management’s fault: The area, as others had commented. We are on the other side of the railway, meaning that in order to get to the old town, we must walk some distance to cross the rails. If you have a car, this may be less of an issue, but be prepared to find no parking spot when you return from dinner. Management absolutely does not want you to eat anything inside the room (this may not apply to the apartments upstairs, but who knows). They instead point to the tables in the patio, but also provide no plates, utensils or anything else. They do provide some packaged jam, teabags and instant coffee, and call it breakfast (just add your own bread and butter, haha), which is already a joke, but again, no plates etc. There are two coffee mugs, but no glasses. The pretty silent refrigerator is big enough for some bottles, but doesn’t get really cold. When you finally decide to book, you will find out they also charge extra for towels and bedsheets, since apparently, people bring their own aboard the airplane. Speaking of beds, they are way too soft. You sink in until you reach the bottom. This may be just me being fat, but I heard the same from 50 kg people, too. The sardinian-style main door with its typical 50cm width is great for luggage. Privacy lovers will note that after dark, one can see through the door curtain when there is light in the room.

Positive things here wouldn’t normally be such a big deal, but they were better than in the other accommodations we had in Sardinia. So there is good WiFi, a decent, spacious bathroom, enough bedsheets and towels, the beautiful patio with seats and tables outside of the rooms. There are sweet decorations, and everything looks tasteful and nice.
