The Residenza Maritti was amazing!! It was everything we could have ever dreamed of. The location was excellent and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. It was the perfect place to experience Rome! I would recommend it to anyone visiting this amazing city. We hope to return to the Residenza Maritti one day soon! Thank you Gianlucca and Barbara!!

The hair dryer what really weak

Really kind staff, fresh and lovely breakfast, great location, nice beds with extra pillows. Only bad thing was the poor hair dryer. We ordered a prosecco for the arrival, which was cold and ready for us as soon as we entered the room - just perfect. We ordered a driver from the hotel to drive us back and forth to the hotel - worked just fine, we had to pay the driver with cash tho.

Rezidenza Maritti definitely exceeded my expectations. Location is just perfect- about 5 min from Colosseo, metro station, nice cafes located nearby. And at the same time it is quiet at the night- that is super essential for us. Actually amazing how quiet it is when location is so central. I really enjoyed the breakfast starting from the atmosphere to meals. Above expectations 100%! Thanks to Alessandra we got all tickets needed for excursions and got early breakfast offer. I would highly recommend this Rezidenza Maritti!

Very good location, beautiful rooftop terrace, nice hotel. Probably the first time ever we’ve been sat down and showed a map with the area, recommendations for what to visit etc. Walking distance to most of attractions, we didn’t use public transport at all during our stay, only the transfer to airport. Big like!

The view from our suite was breathtaking. The roof top access had tables and drinks and an exceptional view of the ancient city. The breakfast provided all that you need to get your day started. Lots of basic breakfast options with good service. The location was central to many attractions including the Coliseum, restaurants and small markets. The owners provided a map on arrival and gave directions and recommendations for attractions and restaurants close by. Our suite had access to a kitchen with full fridge on the same floor, shared by a few other rooms. We loved the family history of Residenza Maritti, the sons take great pride in hosting you like in their own home.
