The host is very responsible and helpful. Our train was late for an hour but the host was waiting for us to give us the key for an hour. When we have an issue with the bathroom door, they were promptly be there to help, always nice to have a host like that😃

The owner is completely uncommunicative. He returns messages until you get to the apartment, settle in and pay. During our stay, we wrote him 4 messages, he did not reply to any of them. On the day of our departure, a doorman was waiting for us with a family with young children to accommodate them as early as 11 am, before the check-out time was up.

The apartment is large and comfortable, but with basic elements inside. A few coffee cartridges and a few filter tea bags.

-Parking was not that easy, if you have a bigger car you will sweat a lot until you are in your parking position. -the communication was a bit tricky - the apartment could be cleaner.

It's really close to everything -you can easily reach, supermarkets, restaurants and the city center - they have a parking place - the apartment was really big and has enough space for 4 persons - it's directly located at a big round about, so it's a little bit loud in the morning

Some housekeeping is needed: one chair was broken, the bathroom facet was loose, no place to hang coats in the entrance. The specific apartment is positioned towards a narrow street so there is not much light or view.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, between the station and the historical center at walking distance from everywhere. The building is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself was very clean and pretty equipped. We were 5 and the space was big. Towels and soap are provided. Wifi worked good as welll as check in and check out.

We're kind of picky about mattresses, and while the bed was perfectly decent, it was a little hard on my back. Not enough to run the experience, though. I would stay here again.

The room was really spacious, in a very nice building right on the edge of the old city. Check-in was easy, and it was nice that daily room cleaning was available, but also easy to decline.

Could have been a bit cleaner and kitchen equipment was a bit sparse but otherwise all good for a few nights stay.

Good central location. Easy to walk to the port and main parts of Genoa. Easy to also walk to the train station. Apartment was spacious in a really lovely old building with a supermarket nearby (5 minutes).

The place felt a little shabby - like it could do with a bit of a spruce up - because the style was lovely but some things, like the holey cushions or not-working toilet flusher, might put people off. We didn't flag this up to the host though and I'm sure he would have helped if we did/needed to. One of the TVs didn't work, which didn't bother us, but I would say to the host it would be better to just get rid of it than have it not working!

The location of these apartments was lovely - 10 minutes from the central fountain in Genoa but also near the port. Felt very safe at night as a pair of women travelling alone - external doors all locked after 6:30pm for safety. Inside, the decor was very in keeping with the style of the building itself - I loved the terrazzo floors! The host gave us some bottles of water which was a lovely additional kindness. There are two shops very nearby - a Carrefour about a 3 min walk away and another just over the road. Lots of little shower gels left & clean towels. A fridge and a coffee machine with some coffee & tea provided. I liked the homely feel. Thick curtains kept the heat out in the day and the light out at night - another plus for us. Lots of storage space for clothing and toiletries.

parking was often blocked by another car, even f we have paid for it and we had to call the host to come and take the other vehicule in order to go out with our car. THe location is excellent but there is a lot of noise by the cars, bus etc and the isolation sonore doesn't exist

The noise could be reduced if there were shutters on the windows. There are just simple curtains so too much light comes in at night from the street lamps. The people opposite could see right into our rooms so we had to keep the curtains closed which made it dark inside.

Spacious appartment in a beautiful building. Great location to visit Genoa by foot. The private indoor car park is handy. The concierge was very friendly and accommodating. Pictures and description were good reflexion.

Very nice authentic apartment in relatively safe location of Genova. As many reviewers mentioned before, some pieces of furniture are rather old, but not broken, the bed was comfortable. Light, kitchen devices, boiler in the bathroom -- everything is working. I've chosen this apartment mostly because of the wonderful view and didn't regret.
