You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a wonderful stay at Negramaro. The location was excellent, close to all the activity in the historical center, but on a quiet street. At this point in our trip, we had been traveling in Italy for three weeks. The bed and pillows at Negramaro are the best we have had which was appreciated. Ricardo was friendly, responsive and very helpful. The breakfast terrace was nice and the breakfast was too.I highly recommend booking a room at Negramaro in Lecce. Lecce is also a beautiful town.

Great inexpensive stay at B&B. Staff very nice and free breakfast was great. Location was excellent as well. We had a walking tour that started about 1 minute walk from the B&B.

BrazilThe bedroom has a lot of space and a nice balcony. I spent few days with my friends and we could easily walk around to bars, restaurants and touristic places. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast prepared by Ricardo every day - lots of fruits and different types of breads in a nice terrace. There is no access by car but you can find a paid parking lot by 5min walking. I would definitely stay here again.

BrazilThe breakfast schedule is somewhat inflexible and when booking it was not clear to us that in order to reach the second room we had to go through the first room - so privacy is not provided. Parking worked well as we arrived on a Friday and left Monday morning - make your plans if you are renting a car and driving to Lecce.
Location is perfect, Riccardo is very helpful and the breakfast is very good.

After 3 weeks traveling in southern Italy, Riccardo was the best host that we've encountered...he deserves a 5-star. Extremely gracious, helpful, informative and flexible. His breakfasts were delicious and healthy. The bedroom and shower were a bit on the small side, but all the amenities were there. Great location, about 5 minutes walk from the main square. It's in a ZTL which is open certain hours, and there is reasonable (7.5Euro/day) paid parking only about 6minutes walk away.
