This place was very charming. The staff were amazing and catered to our every need. The breakfast was very grand with diverse food options. This place was definitely a highlight of our trip.

By far the best place we stayed on our trip. The host Nora was exceptional and made our stay. The rooms, breakfast, location were all fantastic. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Natura Boutique Chalet is a little gem. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The chalet is beautifully presented, our room was cozy and everything was spotless. The breakfast included was the best we had on our trip. The host seem to really care about the little details and ensuring you enjoy your stay. It exceeded our expectations and is incredible value for money.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff that gave us great tips to explore the area. Tasty breakfast and comfy rooms. Walking distance from Dobbiaco Lake. You also get the Sudtirol ticket to use public transport for free.

NOTHING about this place! Just about supermarkets.....if you don't have a car, you need to make 30-35 min walk to the nearest one, don't understand why supermarkets are in city center

It is a great place for winter escape - mountains, ski slopes, forest behind the house. And the SPA is great, just see pics. The house itself is stylish, great decoration. 5* for the breakfast!

Excellent hotel with very friendly and professional stuff located in a beautiful and quiet area. Parking spot is available on place. It is just a few minutes by walk from Dobbiaco Lake. Room was very comfortable and it had an amazing bed. Every detail was carefully planned and beautifully decorated. Even towels and bathrobes were soft and fluffy. Breakfasts were amazing and tasty, every day there was something new prepared to try. SPA area is outstanding, perfect place to relax. It was a delight to spend part of our holidays here and we cannot recommend it enough. Natura Boutique Chalet exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back.

A very nice hotel in an excellent quiet location. The breakfast was the best so far with lots of local products and a little different every day, which makes breakfast even more interesting. The owners of the hotel and entire hotel personnel is very friendly and always ready to help with advice for exploring the surroundings.

Even with the best of properties, there are always things to improve upon :) - The shower temperature changes suddenly for 30-45 seconds, to cold, which can be very disconcerting! - The view from our room was that of a parking lot on one side, and of the trees on the other. Not bad, but certainly not spectacular. - We felt the bed and pillows were not super comfortable, but it is a subjective view of things.

First and foremost - The staff. Such an amazing experience of interacting first over email and then in person at breakfast. The staff really EXCELS at making guests feel loved. She remembered the exact espresso I liked, and so many other little things! The breakfast experience was made wildly amazing by the staff. The spa is REALLY well maintained, and an absolute pleasure. It is large, clean and the hot tub in the snow is quite the experience! Everything is super clean, and our room was spacious, bathroom was floor heated, and the house keeping every second day is just perfect For skiers, the location would be incredible. It is next to the Nordic arena. Did I mention the staff deserves four hundred and eight three stars?? So attentive, yet non intrusive. Just SUPERB.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, dishes are prepared on a really high level. Personnel is very nice, friendly and accommodating. We loved the interior design and a quiet location, close to the woods. Wellness is really beautiful, with nice, relaxing atmosphere, we specially liked the jacuzzi and infra sauna.

There was literally nothing to complain about.

The property is simply beautiful. There’s always a walker going past who stops to take a pic of it. The interior design is exceptional without being fussy or over the top. Seldom have I seen similar attention to detail in both the fixtures and fittings but also in how the staff interact with the guests. Always offering advice on how you can enjoy the area or in how they can improve your stay. I can’t say enough good things about the place or the folk who run it.

The chalet is super cosy, great combination of tradition and soft touch of modern. I loved it. Nice welness. Friendly staff. Great location, close to Nordic Ski Arena. The cross country ski tracks "started" just above the house, that was very convenient. The breakfast was exceptional - lots of choices for all tastes. There was a fresh homemade cake each morning and some suprisingly (for me new) simple dishes (like combination of mango, avocado, cucumber and mozzarela on a rockets).
