The place is a little far away from the slopes, you kinda have to drive a lot in the morning before you go skiing. But this is reflected in the price, so i thought it to be acceptable.

Terrific place, fantastic pool and sauna with a beautiful view, amazing staff, we loved our stay there. Very tasteful interoir, especially in the pool/sauna area. The housekeeper, Hannes, was just delightful, always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Great guy!

At this time, no breakfast was offered by the hotel, but for us it was not a problem, as the kitchen was perfectly equipped.

Mountain Residence Montana exceeded my expectations! I knew I would love it based off the photos, however, this place is truly magical. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, and Hannes was phenomenal! You really cannot go wrong with the price either. If this were anywhere else it would likely cost double to stay at. Highly recommend!

The apartments are located in a pretty spot near the end of the valley. The views from the apartments or the pool are fantastic, overlooking the mountains and the villages in the valley. You are woken up by a peaceful moo-ing of the cows, birds chirping and swallows flying almost at a reach of your hand. Not to mention the breathtaking view of the mountains being the first thing you see in the morning. The appartement itself was very clean, and had everything we needed to have a great stay for multiple nights. Even the hallways were very clean and also smelled amazing. The interior design is gorgeous! The beds were big and comfortable, and the nights were nice and quiet. Having the ability to wind down after a hike in the pool was really, really nice. Driving to the apartments was easy. (No problems with GPS whatsoever) The last bit a little steep, but nothing a car won’t handle. The ability to park in the garage was very nice as well. Hannes was always very responsive and quick and helped us with whatever we needed. This was one of our favorite stays and we already miss being there even though we had booked an extra night here. It’s an amazing place, don’t sleep on it.

This place has exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, secluded - you can feel yourself disconnecting from the hustle&bustle. The quality of everything in the apartment is excellent - from doors to appliances. The bed is super comfy and hard, perfect for a relaxing sleep. The 1st prize goes to the pool - outstanding inox pool overlooking the valley. The 3 kind of saunas (Finnish - 95 degrees, Turkish 45 and bio 65 degrees) do the trick after a hard day of hiking. Superb design, superb place. Would clearly return to stay here.

Went for a long weekend all the way from Belgium to recharge our batteries. It was perfect for along weekend getaway: very good and friendly service, available through WhatsApp for assistance, good recommendations for hiking and to-do's around the area and everything is really close by.

Probably bathroom basics (soap, shower gel, etc.) could have been added to the room, considering the price. Bins for garbage separation were missing.

Apartment was nice and cozy. Pool and sauna were good and easy to access. Staff was extremely friendly.

this place is unbelievable. one of the best places we've stayed in. the staff are super nice and friendly, we stayed at the penthouse, the view from the room is amazing and the room is really big. it's not a regular hotel with restaurant so you can't order room service or eat at the hotel but we really didn't need that. the room suited with a big kitchen and very well equipped so we cooked dinner at the room and there are restaurants 10 minutes from the hotel. we loved loved loved this places and can't wait to come back again!

So usually I'm short and sweet with these things...but not this one. Unfortunately the photos of our accommodation didn't match the room. Every photo showed a balcony overlooking the gorgeous valley. We got the ground floor terrace and although the booking said balcony or terrace I was lead to believe it would be a balcony room, still lovely but didn't match the pictures. Once walking into the room we returned to the front desk and asked about this. We were told a regular guest requested a balcony and that there was nothing they could do even though we travelled from the other side of the world and the staff member was leaving shortly as we arrived late and there would be no staff on site. Upon hearing that another person's preferences were put above what we were sold in the images, we were highly disappointed after a long day of travel. We returned to our room and msged the staff member at the desk to see if there was anything that could be done. They further reiterated nothing could be done but proposed a cancellation or multiple room moves which would have been very inconvenient over a 5 day stay. In the end all that was offered to us was a late check out which didn't suit our travel arrangements and made us feel even less considered by the staff. If you require support from the staff or aren't completely self sufficient our experience is that the guest service was very very poor. I may aswell add that neither the indoor pool nor the outdoor hot tub are warm enough.

The place is in a beautiful quiet location and the facilities are beautiful.

They tried to charge us an additional fee for more towels which is ridiculous as the price of the stay was so high to begin with. They also pressured us to check out on time and even wanted us to settle the check out expenses in the middle of our stay. The general atmosphere of the place and the staff is not cozy or welcoming, which is unfortunate because the place is very nice. There was almost never anyone at the reception. There was no hand soap or toiletries (shampoo, body soap, etc.) in our room at all. Overall not worth the high price of the stay.

The place is very nice, the view is amazing, the pool and saunas are great, and the private hot tub was very cool.
