The bed was a bit short... ~10cm more would have been great, making it normal.

The location was perfect. Not exactly at any major attraction but very close to all (in the center of all). I also liked the responsiveness of the host very much. Great coffee for breakfast nearby and also 7 minutes walk to bus stations if you want to go to places not in the center (Vatican, trastevere, colosseum...)

Nothing, it was perfect. Some reviews found it negative that there are no staff on property but you can easily access them through whatsapp 24/7.

The ground floor room experiences much noise from the road. The cutlery provided was a bit poor and there was no coffee machine either.The wi-fi was only for two devices but after asking for more devices, it was finally offered.There is no reception at the property , only whatsapp communication with the owner.

Very nice location, recently renovated with modern style furniture and daily housekeeping provided . There was immediate response at whatsapp from the owner for any enquiries

Initially, we had issues with the credit card payment for city tax online, but once resolved, it was all ok.

The hotel was lovely & clean. Really big space by European standards. Refreshed daily with clean linen. Location, location, location, the area was superb. We walked everywhere from Piazza di S.Lorenzo just 1 min from the apartment.

I like the location it’s very near to almost every destination you would think of .. i like that everything done online no need to wait for check in process through front desk .. room are fair enough and clean Beds is comfy and so calm at night so no noise around the area.

Breakfast was suppose to be included but was not. A rooftop sitting area was in the listing but was not available. Our room was on the ground floor and traffic was noisy. No hotel lobby but could communicate with the hotel staff by email.

Hotel room was very spacious. I loved having a little sink and fridge. A grocery store was right up the road. Very convenient to buy water and breakfast items.

The WiFi was quite slow, making it difficult to stream video when we were in the room. Didn't love having to email (or WhatsApp) our passports and credit card for the check-in. And a minor nitpick – the bed only had an electrical outlet on one side, meaning the other person had to charge devices in the living room.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to so many "hotspots". The suite was very spacious and comfortable as well, and the daily cleaning was excellent. Check-in and check-out were straightforward as well (but see the negatives for one catch on that).

No staff onsite. Checking process cumbersome. No wifi to perform an online checking - international travelers had barely gsm network inside the property. Hotel phone in the lobby not working. The checking was a mess. Need to negotiate to get WiFi for all the guests during the stay … vous WhatsApp… one guest never got it and gave up.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable but we were only there 4 nights so we managed. I definitely was disappointed there was no coffee or espresso in the rooms or on-site. The roof top was also closed during our stay.

Positives: Loved the room ambiance and location. The staff was very helpful.
