All was great.

There was plenty of room for the kids to play and the pool was great. The available laundry was great, with plenty of room to lay out clothes to dry. The most, Amata, went above and beyond her duties by answering all of our questions promptly and arranging a dinner onsite for 8 of us in their large dining area!

I did not like that we had to leave!!

This place is a gem on earth! The old world feel and very prestine trimmed grounds... the location is secluded away from the hustle of the village. It is tucked away, yet very close to a everything, to include a supermarket. We spent 7 nights here, we enjoyed the beautiful pool, played ping pong and just relaxed. This is a place where you can relax indoors with stunning views from the living room or outdoors in such gorgeous gardens. Its a retreat!!!! The kitchen was very well equipped. The entire apt was spacious and we just looved the coziness within the such an old but highly updated building. Excellent AC!! Valeria and Amata were great hostessess, very friendly and communicative. You have great parking on the property. This place is worth every penny. You will not go wrong. Book it now.

We loved our stay here. It was great to sit our for our meals and enjoy the beautiful garden. The pool was an added bonus as the weather was very hot. A lovely way to cool off. Everything was perfect.Visiting Cortona- what a beautiful city! Also Lago Trasimeno- bello! Thank you.

Since the rooms/apartments equipped with a kitchen, no breakfast is served. Not a big deal really, we love cooking and it was a nice change. Maybe in the future you could consider a breakfast package or a pack of sorted ingredients available fresh for the guests in the morning to cook it in their kitchen for breakfast. Otherwise guests need to plan a grocery run, which is not an issue since stores are everywhere around the property.

The place has a wonderful old vibe and very nicely renovated to preserve that. Even the smallest apartment provides abundant space, more than 2 person need.

Absolutely nothing.. we loved the place

Our trip to Italy this was our very favorite stay and loved how quiet and private it was, the beautiful views. I could have stayed here for longer. Absolutely recommend this beautiful little Villa

There was nothing we didn't like.

For the room, the location, having access to a pool and their warm hospitality you cannot fault this place. A great option if you are visiting Cortona and want a mixture of relaxation and exploring the town.

The shower head would not stay on its hook - but that is an easy fix!

Breakfast was not included. The grounds are beautiful. Lots of space, playground, pool, ping-pong table. Our room turned out to be a wonderful apartment. Could not wish for anything better!

As others wrote - mosquito nets would be great to have on all windows (we had it in one room - and it was great to leave the windows open during the night in mid September)

The property is spacious, easy to reach, close to Cortona and excellent point to explore Montepulciano area. It was fully booked, yet we had a feeling we were there alone.

Very old furniture with particular smell. Very dirty. Spider nets are literally everywhere. It’s pity, as this property with a little bit more love and effort from the owner could be amazing place. Bed wasn’t comfortable, very short.

For me the bed was very hard but that is personal. And on one of our two nights there, a gardner was cutting lawn edges with a very loud machine for at least 3,5 hours till 8 PM on saturdayevening. I do understand the place can’t look so great without any work but the timing for me was very disturbing and not thoughtfull for the guests.

Beautyfull place near Cortona, looks great and has a very nice swimmingpool. With extra towels for the pool as well.The appartement has all you need and there is a shared laundryplace.

It was a beautiful stay, the apartment was lovely and we were the only guests during our 4 day stay so had the whole pool to ourselves. Stunning grounds.
