Ugo had installed a brand new Air conditioner but it was not yet commissioned, considering its summer better check with him once that it is indeed working now... no other negative as such.

Has to be Ugo - our host! He was waiting for us outside the building as we arrived; and made it his business to ensure we had everything in the room. Coming from India/south-east asia where the level of hospitality is probably the best in the world, we didn't expect the warm hospitality from Ugo. It also helps that he's been in the neighbourhood for 50 years so knows the area very well. The room is a cute 1 bed-room + hall/kitchen, has all basic amenities, functional kitchen, toilet and washing machine.

We had a lovely stay in Milan. Ugo was especially a super nice and welcoming host and took the trouble of waiting for us to hand over the keys. Not just that, we personally walked us through all the details in the apartment and even made us coffee himself. He also provided us with all relevant information about the city, dos and dont's and also advised us on our itinerary. He also came back to say goodbye during checkout and walked us to our taxi. We really appreciate his availability and helpfulness. The apartment is very very functional and spacious. It is in an old building, however, it has been remodeled and hence has all the necessary facilities. Most importantly, it is literally a 2-3 min walk from the Lambrate FS metro station as well as the Milano Lambrate train station. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Milano.

The host Ugo was superb, showed and left us everything so we didn't have to put our hands in our pockets for the essentials, which is relieving, also, he was more than kind enough to give us his time late one night to give us the run down of Milan , by doing so he saved us money. Perfect choise for our stay in Milan. The apartment was in a very convenient location next to metro station. The view from the balcony (9 floor) was amazing! Our host Filomena was brilliant she gave us a lot of information for our stay and she was really kind and helpful! We will return for sure!

I wish we stayed longer.

We really love the apartment. Yes it may be old but it has everything which we needed. With Our 4 year old daughter , we had a wonderful stay.It was really peaceful to have wine in the balcony.. Ugo and his wife were so kind and helpful. The location is also superb, so close to lambrate metro and bus station , you can also go many places by walking. Nice and safe neighborhood. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic views over Milan, especially at sunrise. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was great for us, the morning walk into the centre was no trouble. AC and internet worked exceptionally. Very friendly host.

Apartment would benefit from upgrading in a number of areas, particularly the shower enclosure.

Location as we were very near a metro station which went into the centre. Great facilities for cooking including staples. Very good selection of toiletries. Excellent bottle of wine supplied by host. Host exceptionally helpful in explaining facilities and making suggestions for places to visit.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Immaculate property, vert spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen, even with washing mahine. They left coffee, tea, sugar and kindly left a bottle of wine. Centrally located, it's the perfect place to stay in Milan.

The apartment has a great location (only a few minutes away from the metro station), in a quiet neighborhood with everything essential just meters away. There is a street next to the building that is safe and free to park. The apartment has a great skyline view of the city indeed, the rooms are comfortable and furnished well. Our host Ugo took really good care of us, he explained what to see in the city, where to eat nearby, how to get around. We had a really great time in Milano thanks to him! We recommend.

This property was perfect for our needs, it was situated near to Linate airport and had plenty of public transport links around it. The property itself was very clean and spacious for 3 people, the view from the balcony was wonderful. The property host Ugo was so friendly and welcoming, he was so helpful giving us information and stressed he was only ever a phone call away. He set the tone to what was a great short break.

A lovely accommodation with an impressive view over Milano. The apartment worked beautifully as a homebase for a couple that was enthusiastic to explore the sights and streets of Milan. Easy access to the main attractions of the city by foot and by public transport (metro and tram stops close by), and many nice shops to buy food in the vicinity of the apartment. The apartment had all you need for a short stay. There's a nice kitchen to cook your meals, a refridgerator and all the kitchen utensils to serve a meal. A special bonus for a holiday in a boiling city (38 degrees Celsius...!) was effective air-conditioning in each room. The balcony with a vista over the city was a beautiful place for enjoying breakfasts and evening meals. Last but not least, Ugo's friendly welcome and communication (with ideas of what to see and where to eat etc.) made us feel very welcome as guests. It was also nice to meet Filomena at departure. You do a wonderful job as hosts, and we warmly recommend this place to all. Grazie mille!

The overall feeling of the flat it is a bit outdated, but nothing to make your stay unpleasant.

We were a family with 2yo boy and we appreciated the location close to the public transportation. The size of the apartment was nice and it is equipped with almost anything you might need for a vacation, including a washing machine and iron. The view from the balcony is amazing.
