Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

there was plenty of space, it was clean and had all the amenities and more… (the iron and ironing board) fast wifi and access to plenty of streaming services if we wanted a quiet night in, it felt like a nice 2nd Italian home away from home. the shower was powerful too. also the recommendations on the board were perfect that helped us decided what to do locally and really made our visit amazing

Location of this property is fantastic. It is situated in the old town of Alghero and is near bars, restaurants and cafes. It is a 15 min walk to start of the beach and 20 mins to red umbrella area/Mare sport. This is the beach bar we went to each day. Food fab and excellent service. Marco was an excellent host and assisted us with everything. Gave recommendations for restaurants and various locations to visits. Marcos has furnished the house with exquisite furniture and his attention to detail is exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Miguel House. Can’t wait for our next visit.

ItalyWe loved our few days at Miguel House. The property is extremely comfortable, spacious and clean, with excellent facilities: well appointed kitchen area with large fridge, coffee machine (pods supplied), large comfortable bed, good shower, TV (with Netflix!). Probably the best things for us was the position at the edge of the centro storico; this meant that all the restaurants, bars and shops in that area were easily accessible but also parking was available (free, roadside) within a few hundred metres. In addition, the walls of the city, with magnificent views and where people go for an evening stroll, were only a few steps from the door. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Miguel House! views
