The „normal“ or standard room was a bit dark with cellarish feel and the window was directly onto the sidewalk of the road, one wouldn’t want to leave the window open…

Hotel is in gardens with gorgeous smelling flowers. Very nice room with chairs outside and view of the sea. Friendly helpful staff. Large terrace with shade where breakfast is served in the mornings, with sea views. Pool with ample sun beds. Plenty of parking on site, some in the shade

The rooms are quite noisy, so sometimes at night we were awoken by our neighbors or other people talking outside. There were A LOT of wasps at the breakfast buffet and made it difficult to enjoy your breakfast in peace.

We've felt very welcomed by the staff. They're very kind! The view from the restaurant/breakfast area is very beautiful. Great crossfit workout station by the pool!

We missed some basic things from the room: glasses, bin, unloading shelfes, coat hanger. We were surprised, that we didn't got the booking.com discount (€15,34), indeed extra tax (€4) was charged at the check out. :˙(

The room was stated as a sea view, which it did have if you peered around the corner of the window, but it wasn't quite what I thought it would be. The hot water ran out so I had a cold shower, but I think it was the time of day. You have to drive to the bars and restaurants in the local town.

The pool was great and the view over the sea was amazing. The place is a little dated, but traditional and nice. The staff were friendly.

The rural location - just about walkable from town up a steep hill - is a pain if you don't have a car. There is a shuttle service but it isn't cheap (€10 for about a 5 minute journey). The bar is located in the main building, up several flights of stairs from the swimming pool - a pool side bar, or a method to place an order by phone and get it brought down, would make this place SOOO MUCH better. Our room, the most basic option, was without any charm... but then we did only just sleep there.

Quiet, rural location with great views (from the restaurant) and a lovely swimming pool. Service was friendly and they went out of their way to make us coffee on the morning we had to depart before breakfast was ready. I could have sat around that pool all day for days, it was so lovely. We booked one of the basic rooms, so didn't have a balcony or any view - I wish I'd paid that bit extra for more.

Certain parts of the hotel are a little run down and not well taken care of like the game room, it would need very little to get it to be nice and functional! Also the room had a bad smell of humidity. Something should be do e about that.

Do NOT book a small double room, it is smaller than how shown in the pictures. However the staff always try to move in a larger room when possible, without any extra fees.

The staff is always available for any request. Despite a first misleading, they were able to immediately fix it. The common facilities are extremely large and there is a lot of space. The view is amazing

We can fully recommend this Hotel. Its a really quiet place, nice area, run by an extremely helpful and kind family and has a stunning breakfast view. Just few minutes from Hotel you can do some nice boat trips. We would come again! :) Pool is open 24 hours, so you can spend nice evenings at the Pool too! Edita+Matic

Very nice spot for a beautiful view!!🌅 The hotel‘s location is amazing, it is as close as 5 minutes to the nearby small port city Cannigione and only 30 minutes away from Olbia. The hotel is surrounded by the typical round rocks of Sardinia and bush & trees local to the region. We enjoyed sunset dining at the panoramic terrace watching the sea and the Caprera island🥂 Fewer nearby buildings make the hotel area calm and peaceful. The staff is very helpful and speak perfect English! I strongly recommend here for stay especially if you want to be close to a port city but not staying inside with summer crowds.
