If you want to be right in town or don't have a car, you may find it a bit far, but the location worked great for us.

The hotel was immaculate, the front desk staff was exceptional, our room had an amazing view and was very spacious with a huge shower.

Couldn't see how to turn on the bedside lights (found out later that there is a 'little switch underneath').

One could hear the other people's noise in the other room.

While not the hotels fault... the price of taxis was the worst of the four cities we visited in Italy!!

we had a junior suite with balcony. The extra room with bed was excellent to put our suitcases and clothes. The view was awesome with Mt Vesuvius was so cool. Breakfasts were ok for a buffet. Did not have dinner there.

The Rooms are Dated need a Refurb quite old no fridge in Room had to buy Milk as they reluctant to give me any the Weather was very warm so obvisouy Milk didn't last had to throw away I had Travel kettle with me to make Tea .Only BBC News on Telly not that you realy need Telly.

The Hotel was Situated in Beautiful place Little Walk To Town . The Staff were very very Friendly and Helpful especially Catello .Pool area and Terraces were Lovley .Only Thing is if you walk to Town There is No Footpath for first little Bit or there's Bus Stop Close By but I was OK with walk .

The equipment in the room needs updating. Word of advice take your own hairdryer - the ones in room are the old box on the wall type. It was good to find a kettle in the room even if it was old. The shower was adequate but again could do we being replaced.

The communal areas were modern and very clean. The staff were lovely. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold food. Being just on the outskirts of Sorrento it was a lovely quiet place to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of the town. The sun decks and patio areas were nice, quiet and a relaxing place to sit with a book and a coffee.

We had a front-facing room - due to the hotel being on the main road, if you leave the windows open the traffic can be surprisingly loud - not a major minus, just be aware when booking.

A relatively short walk from Sorrento town centre, served by local bus. Lovely views over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed, the tiles were gorgeous!

Busy road and no footpath for about 3 minutes and you need to be careful if you choose to walk.

Spotlessly clean. Had one minor issue that was resolved straight away. Breakfast was good. Good bus service which suited us as it's a 15 minute walk to centre and taxi's are very expensive

Every morning there was ants in our room has put me off coming back to this property. They seemed to be coming out from under the press in the wardrobe. They were all over and in my suitcase and clothes. The cleaners obviously hoovered them up as they were gone after. The walk into town is also nerve wrecking also as there is no footpath for about 5/8 mins. I would be afraid with kids. Drivers speed past. Really should offer a shuttle bus.

Sometimes the staff were rude. The location is surely outside so ubers are difficult.

After check out you cant stay at the pool without paying extra. Also, if you want to catch the bus in front of the hotel, where is thr station, it is not possible cause it is always full, so the station in front of hotel doesnt mean anything.
