Looks like there are a few apartments that are rented out by these hosts, so the address wasn't the initial address on Booking.com. We were sent the final address a couple of days before we arrived. Nothing about the description was misleading, it was still central, had the requisite number of bedrooms we booked, was clean etc. Was just a little daunting to be given a different address to the apartment we thought we had booked.

Excellent location with value for money for a large family of 5 people. Central location with lots of places to eat nearby and very close to all the main attractions. Extremely clean and spacious with a decent sized communal area to hang out when Venice was rained out. Fantastic communication with the host who went above and beyond to ensure we found the apartment and got access easily. There are steps to the apartment and no lift, through the apartment is on the 1st floor.

Very spacious, atmospherically furnished apartment - retro style, but not worn out; high ceilings, big windows, frescos on the wall and ceiling. Kitchen equipped in everything you will need. Great location! Quiet street, but close (around 15 min walk) to most of the attractions. Very good contact with the property owner/manager.

The location is excellent. Walking distance within 2 mins to Port Rialto Mercato which can be arrived by water bus No. 1 & N from Ferrovia E. (Please get the updated latest information from website.) Fresh market just around the corner which full of fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood and etc. The apartment kitchen utensils fitted for simple cooking. The apartment is clean. It is old apartment, so as been told the pathway around the building always has people to walk by and talk. If you are light sleeper, you may close both 2 layers of windows which is wooden and glass. It might help. Sofa bed is hardly have a good sleep cause it bends in the middle part due to it’s structure. Walking distance to Rialto Bridge or take another stop to Port Rialto, if you like to take Alilaguna Orange lines at Platform A to Marco Polo Airport or vice versa. Overall we have a pleasant stay in this apartment. Marine is helpful. Just the guest before us check-out without passing back the KEY to the host and went for a tour. Marine wait till they back from tour to move their luggages and rush to make-up the apartment to avoid the delay to let us check-in on time. Really hope that every guests always have consideration and check out on time with proper procedure or pre-inform the host about your issue. Thank you.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The hostess was incredibly friendly, always available, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her warm hospitality truly made a difference during my time there. The location is perfect—everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. Whether it’s restaurants, shops, or attractions, everything is just a short stroll away. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place with excellent service and a prime location!

A booklet on how to use some things and maybe some blinds in the lounge area where the sofa bed was. Street lights were very bright at night but the host may not realise, as most people sleep in the 2 bedrooms, but we were a party of 3 singles.

The location was great. Host was quick to answer questions and sent someone to assist. Property had fans and aircon and was roomy.

The apartment was clean, friendlay staff. Mareni is a wonderful person she made it so easy to get to the apartment because this was my very 1st time in Vience. Everything is close by a few minutes to walk only. I definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Staircase is tight but that's Venice. Bed frame is larger than mattress and we kicked the frame many times without knowing. We prefer brighter light in the apartment, but it seems dim lights is the norm in Venice. The light in the bathroom is bright enough. When using the kitchen we managed to short the fuse but all is fine after resetting on the board. The kitchen ventilator does not work, the light also does not work. Maybe not cabled (since the older air con has cable). Lack of oven. Use of washing machine needs arrangement, also not in apartment.

Spacious apartment. Location is good, not too noisy but easy to get to many places. Air con is good. Openable windows. Kitchen is ok with most things we need to cook hot food. Information on entering the apartment works well. CCTV is useful. Wifi worked throughout our stay.

Being so close to the Riato Market was great but at the same time a bit annoying as the sellers start quite early morning every day and can be pretty loud. But this was not a major problem. Just saying.

Melusina Apartment is situated close to the Riato Bridge therefore pretty close to any tourist attraction you want to see in Venice and very close to vaporetto stop. The appartment itself was very clean and the communication with the owner was excellent!
