Beautifully renovated estate, spacious rooms, lovely swimming pool area. Excellent breakfast. An easy 15 minute drive from lively Lecce.

Beautifully restored 14th-century farmhouse. Incredibly helpful concierge - they could not do enough for you: taxis, restaurant recommendations etc. Amazing pool that we had to ourselves most of the time.

The property just opened, eventually there will be a wellness center and dinner service in the restaurant, but we weren't able to enjoy those unfortunately. So currently, have to leave at night or prepare in advance if you want to stay on property in the evenings.

The rooms were very spacious and interesting, grounds beautiful, staff really helpful and kind (especially David!). Everyday they helped us figure out plans / reservations / taxis, anything. Great location near Lecce (20 mins away, 30 euro taxi), and numerous beach towns varying from 25 minutes away to 1 hour away. We were able to explore pretty easily. There is a small town 5 minutes away that had a couple of great restaurants as well.

Our stay at Masseria Lilei was the highlight of our time in Puglia. Giovanni, David and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful and tailored experience. The food was incredible - delicious and authentic cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The gardens and rooms were beautifully designed and a pure oasis for our time in Italy. Thank you and we'll be visiting again!

This property is stunning, so well maintained and a fantastic place to spend a few days. Room (Superior) was GORGEOUS, pool was beautiful, breakfast was the best we had in 3 weeks in Italy. Treatment by staff and owners was amazing! Opened in June, but in a building from the 1400's - this place is well worth a visit if you have a few days for a splurge. I cannot recommend Masseria LiLei enough!

The WiFi on the room could be better sometimes. But for us that was not a problem at all.

This Masseria scores a 10 in all areas. It started with the warm welcome and tour by Clara, David and the De Pascalis family. In the days that followed, we noticed that these people are intrinsically motivated to make sure you have a fantastic time in this Masseria and the surrounding area! Clara and David speak perfect English and were very friendly and helpful with planning trips to nearby towns. The entire plot has been laid out with an eye for detail. The courtyard, the rooms, the garden, the pool and the restaurant look fantastic. Elegant and neat. In the restaurant you will be looked after by ladies who know how to provide a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their English is less good, but with a few Italian and English words they know exactly what you mean and wish for. There is a whatsapp service with which you can pass on your wishes for lunch, dinner and when you are lying by the pool. Because the hotel has been open since June 2022, the wellness area is still under construction. This should also be ready in Q3/Q4 2022. It is a perfect complement to the whole. We are sad that we had to go after 5 amazing days. We would love to come back here soon! Clara, David e la famiglia De Pascalis, grazie mille per questa meravigliosa esperienza.

Absolutely beautiful building and setting. This is a new hotel and has been renovated from the original masseria to an extremely high quality. The finish is superb and the entire complex is luxury. This includes the bedrooms, bathrooms (very large and modern), main courtyard area, bar/restaurant and swimming pool. Our room was one of the original stables and it was lovely and large with a huge arched ceiling. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. David was very attentive. Breakfast was very tasty and offered very well presented food typical of the area. We had lunch at the hotel on one of the days we stayed. Our salads were (purposefully) simple but delicious. Overall, this new hotel is going places.

Food that we had for dinner is below average, everything is dry and extremely expensive for a small lasagna and strips of chicken covered with white sauce of flour , water and lemon juice. The dessert is the worst, beautifully presented but extremely dry.

The property is absolutely beautiful in a perfect setting. Quiet and very peaceful and the staff are professional and very attentive. The only negative is the food we had for dinner, the quality is below average, I had lemon chicken and it’s very basic, strips of chicken with white sauce that seems to be a mix of flour with water and lemon, not delicious. My daughter had lasagna and it was very dry. For dessert we had the chocolate soufflé and it was extremely dry. $82 euros for this quality of meal for dinner is exorbitant for the quality that we got. The Rose wine is pretty good and the breakfast is also very good, lots of choices of fresh fruits , cheese and cold meats. It’s a pity because we love everything about this place but the dinner is a huge turn off, it just doesn’t match to the 5 star service, beds and the whole ambience of this Masseria. Food is a huge part of having an excellent experience this one just missed it.:(
