Breakfast is acceptable but doesn't expect scrambled eggs or omelets, it is more locally customized. The location is excellent right across from La Sparzia train station easy to get to. Room was spacious.

There was only 1 chair so not possible to sit on the balcony or in the room. We had to sit on the bed The third bed had a shelf over the top of it so my son banged his head. It wasn't a proper bed Lift is tiny and can't fit luggage so everyone was climbing 4 flights with all the bags.

Excellent location, right across from the train station and close to the city centre. My single Room was soundproofed, did not hear a sound from the inside and thus managed to sleep deeply. Staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, toilet and shower very clean. Room also had air conditioning, small fridge, hair drier and TV!

The hotel is stuck in 1960s and could be modernized, but if you’re ok with the outdated design, you won’t find many other reasons to complain.

Amazing staff that despite the external unfriendliness went above and beyond to answer the questions and make you feel in the hotel like at home. Convenient location next to train station. If you’re lucky to get the room that faces courtyard, it’s going to be super silent. Very clean rooms.

Feels like not ventilated air flow in the room and the dim light. No parking spot to drop the luggages, so we had to park 2 block aways and bring all stuffs to the hotel.

Hotel located right across the railway station, great for going to the Cinque Terre. Room was comfortable and clean. We did not take breakfast at the hotel but instead had a late brunch at one of the towns in the Cinque Terre. Hotel was walking distance to the centre of town’s piazza for shopping and many restaurants to choose from.

in my two weeks travelling Italy , i found this to be the first hotel really catering to solo travelers. the room was the perfect size for me. While basic, it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were very efficient and friendly. When you check in they have a QR code which you can scan and download a document with all the information you will need on train schedules and the different towns within the Cinque Terre . This was so helpful! The absolute best thing has to be the location of the hotel. Get out on the La Spezia Centrale train station, head straight ( slightly left ) to a glass enclosed structure with a lift. Take the lift/ or stairs down and exit the street below. the hotel is right opposite the street. Barely 5 minutes. So convenient! I definitely recommend this hotel and will book it again if i ever come back.

Its not the hotels fault but its difficult to get some sleep because theres noise outside from the street all night. Limited breakfast offering so I ate elsewhere. Bathroom quite cramped.

I liked the proximity to the train station and that it was easy to find. Really close to grocery store, restaurants and a quick walk into the city centre. Reliable WiFi which was important as I was working. Helpful and friendly staff. They make a good cappucino and the room was air conditioned.
