The houseboat is very comfortable, the location is amazing and it is sourrended by many restaurants and bars. It was a real magic experience!

Even though there is a kitchenette, there was not a single plate. For us traveling with children it was very difficult, we had to buy some paper plates in order to be able to eat something. It said breakfast included’, however we were given some vouchers for nearby cafes. Apparently the value for one person is 2€, so you can hardly get any breakfast for that money. And on top of that, on the second day of our stay all the cafes were closed, so we didn’t get any breakfast at all!!

The houseboat is well located, it was very clean and comfortable. Different experience on our Italian trip. Kids loved it!

We had an amazing stay at Houseboat! The location is superb and the houseboat itself is very comfortable and clean. Can highly recommend staying there!

It was a little cramped for 4 adults . There is a large double bed and two bunk beds which are fine for kids but rather small for adults. There is a kitchenette which is ok for making coffee or snacks but self catering would be a stretch. This didn’t matter to us but might be an issue for a family on a budget. We were not really troubled by noise but a couple of the bars in the marina have loud music at night and when there are many people on the other boats it could be noisy at night.

Lovely location in the marina n manfredonia. Several nice restaurants around the edge of the marina and an easy stroll into town to see the castle and other sights in the town. The boat was clean and comfortable and there was a small but pleasant deck for sitting out to enjoy the evening sunshine. We stayed out of high season but it was very good value for money including coupons for breakfast taken in one of the restaurants in the marina.

The kitchenette equipment does not encourage the preparation of grandiose culinary wonders. Cutlery is missing.

A very comfortable space for up to 4 people, where both bedrooms can be closed. A large fridge allows you to cool wine and store tapas products. Throughout the new marina there are many pubs and restaurants with a variety of menus where everyone will find something for themselves, both for breakfast and in the evening. The communicative owner conducts check-in efficiently. The terrace with deckchairs encourages to laziness.

Only one minor poiny which is more about the Marina - one of bars had what sounded like Italy's Got Talent which boomed around the Marina ( Friday night) - It stopped at 12pm but was a little intrusive and not everyone could sing! 🤣- however we still enjoyed it - just not as peaceful as we thought! This is not the property's fault.

The position in the Marina - it was spacious and unique with super views. A pleasant walk into town but there are lots of restaurants to choose from and you can purchase chilled bottles of wine to take away from these too!. We also enjoyed watching all the fish swim past. I.liked the fact that another bedroom csn be seperatrd off to for privacy if needed.

Nice sitting in the marina. Easy to find. We were allowed to keep the car overnight in the marina parking area which was ample.

Nothing to complain about except it wasn't in Hawaii!!!

Overall a brilliant experience a real one off. GG the host was great and if you are looking for something different this fits the bill. Thinking of selling up and buying one to live on. Give it a try I promise you won't regret it.

No wi-fi. Quiet hours don't exist on this area, a lot of parties on boats and in the restaurants, loud music till late evening/morning hours.

Overall, the impression was very good. The house boat was clean and very spacious and comfy considering the size. Free parking on the marina's area.

We had some slight troubles communicating with the staff due to the language barrier -no English. Still, in the end it did not pose a major issue.

Good location in the marine. Restaurants are near and city center is reachable by foot. Definitely highly recommend staying in Boat house for its unique experience.

Lack of crockery, not even cups. Was plastic cups that melted with tea or coffee. Poorly thought of.

Location was great. Lots of bars and restaurants.
