The boat is quite loud when there is wind. And when you shower or flush the toilet, it is really loud since there are special pipes. The pool was really cold.

Beautiful, big resort with a nice pool. You can play tennis, soccer, basketball and badminton. You can borrow the balls and rackets for free. You can rent a bike for 10 euros a day. The breakfast had everything you need. You can order it to your boat, however, we went on the restaurant boat for breakfast. On the boat is everything you need - cooking utilities, blow dryer

The houseboat furnishing was a bit outdated. The smell coming from the bathroom was very unpleasant and no way to open a window to ventilate it. Since is a houseboat and perhaps a a good to know is that there is a very loud noise that boat makes when the water is being emptied. Almost sounding like a thunder. It scared us a bit and perhaps the loudest place you can hear it is in one of the bedrooms (just don’t flush or do anything with water late at night).

The location is beautiful. Tranquil place next to the river and a short drive into town and the beach. Houseboats are very cute and comfortable. The views are really nice from the terrace. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed the cappuccino! And mosquito nets in the windows are very useful in summer time!

There are English speaking guests at the resort, please print the safety rules in English, not just German. Other guests abusing the rules: Smoking when prohibited Jumping in the lagoon Leaving dogs alone all day in the houseboat Running up and down the lagoon walkway Not supervising their children at the pool so that they were disturbing others Noise during the quiet hours

Spotlessly clean and wonderful cleaning ladies. Extras provided - towels, tea towels, shower gel and hand-wash soap, toilet paper etc Wonderful gardens. Great service and quality facilities

The whole complex was just amazing! Perfect for family holiday. The houseboat is so cosy, it is also kept very clean.Staff were very friendly and professional. Food was delicious and big choice. Pool and playground was also great. I think we are coming back next year! 😊

The only big problem was the speed of the boats on the river, which caused excessive movements of the houseboat, but of course it's about people, some drive like idiots and some drive intelligently

Toilet flush sounds like it does in the plane but we got used to it.

New family adventure. Everything was really wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that it truly is as described, it’s green everywhere! The kindness of the staffs, cleanliness, panorama, tranquility, and services offered make it a splendid place to relax. The boathouse is well divided and the terrace is super nice! Clean and wide pool, offered private beach access was not too crowded and around 5mins drive with safe parking areas.

There was a problem with our booking and we had to pay a substantial additional amount to our stay which was not budgeted for. bookings.com needs review their booking system that children ages must be entered in order to confirm a booking, even though we had a booking for 2 adults 2 children, the price with the resort was incorrect because the ages were not specified.

The boat houses are very cleverly set out and this was perfect beach holiday for 2 adults & 2 children. The children loved the swimming pool and freedom/safety of the resort.

The area is sandy, everything is dirty, car, shoes, everything. The hours of breakfast and dinner 7-10 and 19-20:30. With a child not always comfortable. Not a big variety of food but it was tasty. (My son didn't eat almost anything). Drinks at dinner are pretty expensive. Even water 4€ 0,7l. (No tap water). You cannot make yourself coffee, dependent on waiters. So we got our drinks sometimes right before we left already. Dogs cost, i have 3 kg support dog (Yorkie) i had to pay 20€ per day so it was 120€ for us. I could already leave her with a dogsitter. And not allowed at pool/restaurant. They gave us the last boathouse (even if we nicely asked one closer, because it was my husbands birthday and a small child) so we always had to drive with our car to the pool, restaurant, reception etc. Because the distance is about 500-700m one way. With a child and in the heat 35° was not funny at all. No shaded spots for cars, everything is boiling hot in the car. Kids playground is so far you can barely find it with the car and no one is playing there. Also important to remember, the boathouses toilet is like an airplane toilet. Very very loud noice, water also very loud and the hose are right where children room is, so if child sleeps it might scar them A LOT. Be ready to go to the WC and use the water before kids go to sleep. Very uncomfortable! Especially, for boathouses in the garden that could be connected normally and not like a boat

It was away from all the crowd. The nature around. Boathouse modern and clean. Pool fantastic, not cold for kids, very nice. Air conditioning in the house was fantastic.

Compraing to other stays dog prices are too high for small dogs and you don’t get anything for them for this price.

Property is really nice. Boat houses are charming, spacious and offer beautiful experience. Keep in mind that boat house moves when other boats pass and the plumbing is really loud.

The curtains could cover a little bit more the windows, so there is less light in the morning. It's true that the evacuation of water was noisy but we get used to it.

Very nice place to stay with kids. It's very calm and not overcrowded. There was always a place near the swimming pool. The food was good. The breakfast with always the same choice, but there is a lot to chose from. For dinner there were always fish, meat, side dish, three types of pasta, many starters...it was always good. The stuff is very friendly, speaks generally Italian, German and English. The houseboat is comfortable, equiped with everything necessary. When we went to the beach we always had the places booked in the 1st raw, which was great.
