We came with 3 children (2, 9 and 12). There was enough of space for everyone. The appartment is well equiped and everything is of very good quality. A baby bed was good for our 2,5y.o. daughter. All beds were very comfortable. The appartment has a great terrace. It is has a shelter from the sun, dining table, couple of sunbeds and a set of soft furniture. Kitchen has all you may need including a high chair for a smaller child. Parking is very safe and spacious. Location is also very good. 5min walking to the beach and 7min. driving to a ferry port for Venice and Murano. We enjoyed shopping in Eurospin which is just 1-2min to drive. Jesolo with Tropicarium, science museum and other entertaining activities is 20min to drive. The host Marilena is very wellcomming and nice person. In short this place is a diamond.

Very nice hostess who has informed and helped in all what we needed. Perfect location to visit Venice and also enjoy the beach. Very comfortable apartment really well equipped (from floor heating to air conditioned, bikes, chairs and parasol for the beach...).

The apartement was very well equiped, we appreciated the privat garden and parking next to the building. Although we visited in march, it was cosy and warm in the appartement thanks to the floor heating. Shop and beach in a walking distance was also the advantage. Thanks a lot for a great holiday!

Everything was excellent. From the start, a closed parking place that already goes to the entrance door under the roof. There are two outside showers with hot water to clean legs or bodies from sand or salt after the sea. Inside there is everything that you need in rooms, kitchen, bathroom. Also there are two closed small gardens where you can sunbathe. Literary all that you need except food =)

Everything was great. Super clean apartment, fully equipped (incl. detergents, iron,... also two bikes and beach equipment). Beach is less than 5 minute walk, past the restaurant with ice cream. Two supermarkets nearby. Perfect starting point for trip to Venice.

New and modern apartment, well equipped with all you need. We appreciated booklet with tips and hints what to do in the area and various services. App is located just 5 mins ride from the port (Punta Sabbione) to Venice. 3 mins by walk from sandy beach, 5 mins by walk from grocery shop. Great small garden. Marilena, the owner, is very nice, friendly and always there for you.

One of the nicest accommodations we have ever rented. We felt like we were in a five-star hotel - from the attentions such as cookies and water and delicious prosecco to the excellent kitchen equipment (really nothing was missing, anything you could think of) to the absolutely crystal clear clean clean up! We appreciate a trolley with a parasol, chairs and towels and a bucket and shovel, as well as a thermal bag! this apartment was arranged by a genius.) And last but not least, perfect bicycles that we used a lot. Strategically excellent palce, a few stops from the bus(just several stops) to the vapretto station and Huraaa to Venezia trip! a short walk to the supermarket and the beach, which is within walking distance. I would also like to highlight the excellent manual for using. Total satisfaction and thank you very much, we enjoyed this stay much more thanks to this great apartman!

this apt was one of our nicest stays on our trip. The apt was clean & spacious. Our host had paid attention to all the details for a comfortable stay. It was just a few meters to a beautiful beach and a great gorcery store. We had use of some very nice bikes. We stayed here in October so it was quiet and peaceful with beautfiul weather. A quick ferry ride to Venice. Marilena was an excellent host ! In fact, she was the only host who met us during our trip. Most hosts only offer a digital entry.

The apartment was beautifully designed, modern and new. The kitchen had everything you could think of, the bathroom shower was spacious and powerful and the washing machine a great idea. Both bedrooms were large and the air conditioning was fabulous. The apartment even came with a garden shed that housed the beach chairs and umbrella and cart to help you get them to the beach which was a 5 minute walk away. The bikes were a great idea to help you pop to the nearby supermarkets. A fabulous 5* apartment !

everything was amazing !

very clean and modern apartment with all small details thought of: automatic gate, airco, modern kitchen compliances , new shower ; everything is new and clean, pleasant surprise for us ! we had a ground floor apartment with beautiful garden, good place to rest and play for our daughter. if you lay on the lounge chairs, you do hear cars behind you (separated by the high green fence) as the apartment is next to the road , but it did not bother us at all. the sea is 3-5 min walk, very clean beach and not too many people (we were there in June). and of course Venice is 30 min away with the boat , very convenient to have a possibility for a city trip. we used the bicycles (2 bicycles were at our disposal for the whole duration of our stay) to get to the ferry (15 min).

Maybe you can get some hot tub in the backyard. It would be awesome. Everything is still perfect but with the hot tub would be awesome.

Great location, easy to find. Amazing place to stay. We were here a few years ago. We were surprised how great it look now. There is no difference. Well maintained. Close to the port. You can easily go to Murano, Burano, Venice,... no need to use a car. We'll visit Maribeach again, for sure
