Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

She gave us good recommendations of what to visit during our stay and helped us with the parking spot. The location is great, just few minutes from the centre of Verona. The accommodation was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Nothing to worry about 😊 We were traveling in different towns in Italy, but the best experience was in this place. This must be the best place to stay in Verona. The location is excellent, an easy walk from the train station (with luggage), and close to all things to see both in the historic center and towards Castelvecchio and San Zeno. A well equipped supermarket is five minutes along the street. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well equipped. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a toothbrush and a razor if you should have forgotten to bring these items. Also, a washer/dryer with instructions hanging on the wall if you need to wash some clothes. There are cafes and restaurants close by, if you don't feel like walking 10-15 minutes to the Piazza Bra, Piazza delle Erbe or Piazza dei Signori. I was very pleased to arrange an early check-in, to enjoy the beautiful city of Verona as much as possible during my two-night stay.

Close to center and main POIs in Verona, but also close to the highway with a car (as we were visiting Gardaland, Leolandia, and more).
