Not to have more time to spend in the farm...

We had a wonderful weekend, the place is beautiful and refurbished in a very good taste, the hosts Giulia and Alessio were very attentive and made us feel very welcomed, we had a tour of the farm and visited the buildings and learned about its history, my son even got a tractor ride :-) Only 30 minutes by car from Milan, ideal place if you want to rest and enjoy the city life.

You cannhear other rooms but not major topic. Careful with the road getting there, it is bumpy and you need a car or taxi. Nothing else

We had an incredible two night stay here; the location is great, close to Milan; the family who run this property is super friendly and kind and we feel honored that they opened their house to us and shared their history; the room was perfect, great view to the fields; we are definitely coming back and thank you for making this trip the most memorable to us! We will remember it forever :)

Warm, welcoming hosts, superb rooms, upscale breakfast. One wing of a sprawling historic estate was entirely renovated into spacious, modern, and elegant rooms with high ceilings and ample dedicated closet space. The bathroom was equipped with top of the line shower and accessories. Some antique pieces added to the character. Tasteful choices of wall colors, materials, bedding… A preserved massive old beam highlighted the all-wood cathedral ceiling. The decor combined the comfort of the new with the charm of the old. It was perfectly clean. Planning to return as soon as possible

The structure, as said, is not fully renovated, and this makes the whole context a bit too rustic. Particularly the dirty road to get there from the main road, it's not the most comfortable, especially at night. Not a big issue anyways.

Great host, very kind and helpful. Position is ok for a stopover, not far from highway. Room was clean and quite large for three. The structure is new, although the whole estate is not fully renovated. Breakfast was very good although not a large choice. I do recommend.

Nothing really. We regret not getting breakfast the next day, because we heard they are using local products, including the eggs from their own farm! We can't wait to get back there and try it out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mahthildis thanks to the fantastic hosts! The rooms are nice and spacious, with some decor pieces from old times, giving them a vintage style. Yet this doesn't make the atmosphere dated, but rather charming. The overall atmosphere is excellent and relaxing, being surrounded by nature, and the old holiday castle of the Sforza family completes the experience. The hosts make you feel the utmost welcome, giving you lots of information about your surroundings and how life was back in the day. We loved it!

everything we experienced in this place was beyond our expectation. The old building turned into a comfortable and luxurious hotel makes exotic and yet relaxing atmosphere. All the pleasant experiences we had i think are attributed to the welcoming host family and the staffs. They not only know what hospitality means but also practices it quite naturally. I will definitely visit this place again.

By far the most hospitable hosts I've ever encountered, we got the grand tour around the old estate and the kids could pet the different animals around and ride a tractor together with one of the owners. Good breakfast with fresh croissants, juice and eggs. This B&B is on our list to return to on our honeymoon.

A very nice and quiet accommodation, perfect to relax and spend a few quiet days. The hosts were very friendly and took time to show us around. Furthermore, we were greeted very warmly despite a very late arrival at the airbnb. The close location to Milan also allows you to make a spontaneous trip to the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation and book it again!
