Bed a rather hard.

Beautiful apartment in a great location right off the ferry stop. No lugging cases around! Bathroom was a dream. Would have liked to of stayed longer.

Comfiest beds we’ve ever slept in away from home. Whole apartment is kitted out with high quality furnishings, including the bathroom and a powerful hairdryer. Location is excellent, right near Guglia boat taxi station, plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, but the apartment is tucked away down an alley so is way from the huddle and bustle. Check out is 12pm which makes a massive difference, really appreciated that. Couldn’t fault anything.

If you want a warmer room, keep in mind that it takes time to heat up rooms 5 meters high with air conditioning. The kitchenette in room #2 is microscopic. You must have a sharp knife with you.

Peaceful, quiet, completely private. Soft carpets. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Problems were solved quickly at the reception desk.

The apartment was lovely, definitely luxury. It's only an 8 min walk from the train station, €15 water taxi from the airport which takes you to your doorstep. The radisson staff gave us our key straight away which made everything quick and easy - we were only a 20 min walk away from St Marks Square. Perfect for a couple. Couldn't recommend enough!

Ran out of toiletpaper, and we werent able to get new one from them. Also no dishwasher, couldnt wash clothing. The deep pan had no cover and there was no knive for cutting.

Beautifull and spacious, entrance made you unconspicous. They were super helpfull and staff was very nice and always made us a priority.

The bath tub was leaking so only used it ones , no lifts so had to carry the bags up i guess its expected in Italy with no lifts

Little patio outside is not taking care of which is a bit sad , I love the design but the place can be a bit dark for some. Lights are a bit hard to understand but you have a little guide to understand how everything works so it is all good.

The location was perfect. We came in on the train on our way back to the US from Florence and at the end of our stay, we hopped on the water taxi, which was right out front and on to the airport. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, great location, quiet, walkable to everything, lovely decor with a separate bed and living area. Good sized mini fridge, kitchenette, and sitting area. The bathroom is amazing! The staff at the Radisson were always helpful and friendly.

We loved the location and the apartment overall. Very comfortable and perfect for a couple. The only reason I'm not giving a 10 is because we reserved and confirmed the lower apartment with the walkout to the patio. No one contacted me to tell us that the apartment had problems and wouldn't be available. At one point, they did make contact, but only said something to imply that that particular apartment was overbooked and gave me an option to keep the original reservation or be upgraded to a room at the Radisson. We REALLY wanted to keep our reservation with the apartment with the walkout. They said, ok. HUGE disappointment when we arrived and had the 2nd floor apartment w/o the patio. This was important to us for multiple reasons and a big letdown that no one told us. We would have made other arrangements had we known. Lastly, they should put something in the apartment about how the lights work. The nespresso did not work.

Communication with hosts could be better. I had to write an email to get the code to enter the apartment. The answer arrived only 5 hours before arrival. Also, I requested two separate beds, but got a double bed. If this can't be guaranteed (since an option at Booking.com) at least the hotel should have notofied me. When calling and asking if anything could be done, they couldn't do anything (which is fair, since they only have 3 apartments), but they could at least have suggested to give me the extra duvet which I then proceeded to ask for... (travelling with my teenage son, so not the case to share duvet...) The control of the lighting in the apartment is really confusing. I never got around to actually understand how to turn on the ceiling lamp in the living room. It was, however, turned on at some times...

The apartment was stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Clean and spacious. The staff from the Radisson Hotel are there to help you during your stay and they were brilliant. The location is about 15-20minute walk from the Rialto bridge so perfect if you want to stay away from the crowds but still wish to be close enough to walk

Wi-fi was really slow and lost connection after few minutes which basically give us no Wi-fi at all.

The property was very clean and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The staff at the Radisson Collection were helpful in checking us in as the host did not send us a check in code for the door. They also helped us the next morning with any questions and issues we had.

After we’d retrieved our bags and went to open the door the first time, they sent us a door code on WhatsApp. We have 3 college degrees between the 2 of us, so we assumed we could figure out how to punch in a code and open the door. After going to what we thought was the correct door listed in the message, the door didn’t open. After 10 mins and quite a lot of embarrassment at not being able to get the door to unlock, we went into the hotel to ask for help. Apparently we had the wrong door. The correct door was actually like 4 doors further down the alley and a totally different number than what they told us in the message. It has a big sign that says “luxury apartments” whereas we were under the impression that the sign that said “palazzo Nani” or something on the door # we were told was correct. Once the nice lady from the hotel took us to the correct door, we had no problems. The light switches were also a little hard to figure out. You’d think it would be obvious how to turn on a light, but we couldn’t figure out which switch went to which light. The switch in the kitchen also turned on the lights in the bedroom, so it was difficult being up early in the kitchen living room and accidentally switching on the bedroom light with someone in there still sleeping. We could see there was supposed to be a light in the shower, and we went around the whole bathroom and bedroom trying to find the switch. Finally, we bothered to look in the book (with photos) that was provided which outlined each light switch and how to work everything. Didn’t think we’d need to actually look at it, but sure enough, it revealed the light switch for the shower was in the closet. Weird.

We (daughter and I) stayed here for 2 nights and had the most amazing stay. The hotel attached was great, they held our bags for us when we arrived and after we checked out, which was a fantastic convenience. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we could need, primarily air conditioning. It was already on when we arrived, set to like 22°, and we didn’t change any of it—the temperature was perfect the whole time. Shower was amazing; there was lots of hot water, none of that going back and forth between hot and cold water, and the pressure was fabulous. Wish we could have had time to use the tub. Bed was comfortable and very large for the 2 of us. Location was pretty decent. We liked that it was close to the train station and we could walk. It did take a while to get to and from, though. It is a 7 min walk to the vaporetto stop (the one right outside the hotel didn’t go down the fish of Venice, it went the opposite direction to other islands in the lagoon), then 45 mins on #1 or 25 mins on #2 to St. Mark’s Square. We had a tour of the Doge’s Palace that started at 9am, and we left the apartment a whole hour before the tour, arriving right on time. We didn’t mind the location, but we are very good at planning ahead and making sure we get to things on time. The last thing we really appreciated was the very large black out curtains in the bedroom. It was very very dark and quiet at night and definitely the best sleep of our entire trip.
