The location is so high on the hill, so if you are travelling without a car it could be really not the best option. Our neighbours were very loud, they came home after 12 o'clock at night, spoke and laughed in a loud voice + they switched on the light in their room and there was a glass door between our rooms (I think these rooms used to belong to one apartment), so I woke up and couldn't feel asleep for a long time. I the description it was written that we can sit on the terrace (a Great view was the main reason why I have booked this accommodation), but there were no chairs. As I have asked a host about the chairs on WhatsApp my question was ignored. What could be improved: the host could warn about the abrupt Hill and send us the description before, so the guests can avoid long exhausting searching of the accommodation. Please make the part with a glass door dark, so when the neighbours switch on the light at night you will not get directly the light into your eyes.

It was a nice view out of a terrace, Lucia made her best to be a good host. It is a good option If you travel by car, travel with children and are going to cook

Unfortunately, the kitchen only had a few pots, so we had to wait to cook our food. There was no kettle in the kitchen, and it appeared only a day before our departure. There was no soap dispenser in the room, only a few single-use packets of shower gel were provided.

We stayed for 5 days. The hotel is modern, and the room renovation is good and clean. There is a beautiful view of Vesuvius from the balcony. There is a swimming pool.

Once you know the shortcut, this hostel is at a short walk from the city centre and 15 minutes from Castellammare station. The room was simple but had everything one might need. Shared kitchen available to guests, as well as a small swimming pool. Great hosts! Wonderful view of the city from the balconies! Great value for money -- even better, knowing that the profits from the hostel fund social initiatives!

Just take care that your car is not really big- because road to appartement is very narrow and heavily sloping, and it's difficult to drive without damage. Kitchen not in the appartement, but it's ok, just for information. Bad sheets is not good quality.

the hotel is situated in an uncomfortable place and the street to reach it is pretty narrow: if you want to visit the Amalfi Coast, Naples and Pompei I suggest to reach the hotel by train since you can arrive in Castellammare centre in 10 minutes and you can move by train from there

it was very clean and the view on the volcano was amazing. the staff was very kind and open to every question or request. there was also a big kitchen with all the essentials to cook, which I think was definitely an excellent facility.

~ I had to change the apartment rent(room+own kitchen+fridge) on the first day because the apartament was communicating with other room throw a door that have half of door with a glass that was not transparent, but you can see the human shadow and light from the other room. The other room was occupied so light, noise was present. The hot water was also not working here. Lucia understood that we can't accept this apartment, and she offer a room instead, at a lower price as a compromise. ~ The mattress in the room offered need to be replaced because on the half of that I didn't felt that I stay on a flat surface. ~ The painting on the room&kitchen walls need a refresh. They are in some placing exfoliating. ~ Steps that goes down to the city are passing throw a doubtful area, in which is garbage or a cracked roof. ~ I confirm that you need to have experience with proportion of the car, the path to the property is very narrow and in case if two cars are intersecting then it will be very difficult to the driver that have to go back to handle this. Also I think that for SUV cars, the mirrors have to be retreated so that they don't get scratched. ~ Be very carefully, I was counting in the area of Napoli(including here) that 7 of 10 cars are scratched in back, mirrors, left side, right side of the car. This tell a lot!! From my perspective here people don't give left/right signal, priority is something that you have to understand that usually doesn't exist (if you are somehow hesitating then your path is crossed), so pay attention to this.

~Position of the building- the superb view to Vezuviu and Napoli golf(I confirm all the reviews that I read). ~Lucia, the lady that is in charge there, is helpful and she is trying to come with solution so that the guest feel comfortable. Thank you for this! ~Parking that is inside is free! ~Kitchen which was generous, where you can cook, warm to microwave, enough space into the 2 fridges. ~Position- close to Amalfi Coast, Vezuviu, Pompei & Napoli.

TV did not work and the heater also didn't work during the night. The room was cold during the night, but the blankets were good.

All the people around is very friendly, neighbors who help us to find the hotel, and the hotel staff too. We had to use Google translator, but everything was fine. Very nice terrace with great view. Safe parking inside the property.

Roads in. Absolute crazy for anyone not use to it. One lane roads with stone walls on both sides that serve as two ways. Room had a unusual odor. Opened windows and helped.

Not all rooms have a private bathroom so make sure you ask for a room with an ensuite at time of booking. Shared kitchen and fridges. Tiny towels so ask for big ones when you check in. Tepid tiny shower with little water pressure. Understand the water pressure can be an issue in an old town with steep hills and a full house just too old to be adventurous now. Not being told about road closures due to recent landslide. Distance from train and subway stations were not accurate and you cannot walk the distance unless you're an athlete with a backpack for luggage.

The spectacular view from the terrace and host, lovely Lucia. Picturesque ancient cobblestone and very narrow roads. Not ideal for walking with luggage but a fun photographic adventure for the children. Quiet. Lovely sheets. The view made it all worthwhile.

If you use the Rental car, make sure to use the gps coordinates mentioned and take care the streets are very narrow. But small cars should be fine.

Best stay with the best view. Lucia was very helpful was very reliable in case if you need any specific requests such as early check in or check out. Highly recommend for stay. Also they mentioned that Profits from the stay goes to workshops preparation for Autistic children, which is wonderful cause.

Unfortunately, the description of the accommodation is very misleading and does not correspond to reality. According to the booking, the room was supposed to be 25m², but in fact it was very tiny. The other rooms, such as the kitchen and terrace, are communal rooms. The guesthouse is a kind of youth hostel, which would be ok, but the way up there is more than adventurous and you need a very small car. It was impossible for us two women to get there by taxi, as the taxi drivers refused to drive into the narrow streets. There are also steps that you can climb, but these are overgrown with bushes and full of dog mines. At night, this path is far too dangerous (even locals we talked to said that the area was not safe at night), which is why we always had to be at the guesthouse before dark. We had a second booking for two additional days, which I wanted to cancel immediately. However, this was not granted free of charge, which meant we lost the money. The staff was very friendly, but the property management was so rude in their correspondence that, as a frequent traveler, I have never experienced anything like it. We will definitely not come back!
