Very spacious rooms !! The host was available when we locked ourselves out of room they were able to quickly remedy the problem !!! Great location! Close to everything and an amazing bar and restaurant in the courtyard!! Very comfortable bed and very clean.

Entrance is quite dark & access is through 1 gate, 1 main entrance & then door to your apartment- is not the easiest. Instructions are clear & we understood this makes good security. The gate to leave property was not explained in instructions, us & another couple struggled to get it open when going out & stairwell is dark in evening. I eventually found a button to open gate which made it easier. We found light switch for stairs too after looking around in the daytime. As the property has corner aspect , slight noise in morning from local traffic. Walls are thin, can hear next door apartment moving around in middle of night/ speaking/ dragging chairs.

Modern in a converted old palace. Unique & spacious. Great bathroom with 2 sinks, shower & bath. All modern. Tea making facilities & small fridge. Lots of wardrobe space. Great location, very near to main streets & sites, easy to walk around & come back to property if need & go out again. Bar underneath, popular, nice atmosphere but quiet enough & not heard from apartment.

Beautiful old property. Extremely well kept and meticulously renovated with all modern conveniences. Interior courtyard overlooked a beautiful open air restaurant and bar. Host was very accommodating.

It would have been nice to have luggage racks. Our options we: on the sofa (then no where to sit), on the floor…. Or on the dining room table but then no where to eat. The bed sheets were not soft but the bed was ok.

The location is fantastic! In the center of the very small island with a 5-10 minute walk to most major sites (shorter walk to other sites). The street is pretty quiet but does have a fair bit of traffic. The apartment we had was spartan but really big and perfect for two people. The bathroom is enormous!! The Tapas Bar on the first level is beautiful (loads of people came in just to take a photo) so definitely take time to visit. The tapas and cocktails are delicious! The staff, especially Alessandro, are so welcoming!

A bit too much communication about house rules, fines, departure times. Furthermore, it is very noisy in the evening due to the wine bar on the ground floor and rubbish collection services. It only gets quiet around 1 am to erupt again around 6 am. But maybe that's part and parcel of a flat in the centre of a city.

A beautiful appartement in the middle of Ortigia. Modern, excellent beds and in terms of location a big ten. Superb bathroom and the view of the 17th-century courtyard is breathtaking. A perfect terrace to enjoy the sounds of the city and read a book in the evening.

You are at mercy of the managers in regards to entry (all remote assistance if anything fails no immediate help) and you cant control the ac (very annoying)

We loved the open and clean feel of the unit. It was furnished very nice. The bathroom was huge and it had great space to get ready in and store your items. The location was accessible to all the restaurants and shops. Also the hosts were very helpful and they would respond to any questions you had immediately.

We experienced confusion around our arrival. The issue being the owner has two properties on the same street and they list 72 and 33 on the website. Because access details are only shared immediately prior to arrival our taxi dropped us at the wrong one. Access description and codes did not match and communication was poor but we eventually sorted it out and after that we were good. The owners should make it clear on booking and access they have two units and which one you are booked into. Fortunately they are not too far apart.

The property is a converted former governmental building. It is centrally located and very spacious inside.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. It had a very opulent feel to it. We particularly liked the the communal balcony overlooking the courtyard. It was very charming, very clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic. The hosts were very helpful and attentive too. We would definitely visit again.
