Air con units are located in the main room so the cool air struggled to get into the bedrooms. Size of room varies uite a bit depending on which floor you are located.

Great location for touring Turin with everything within walking distance. Welcoming staff who took time to orientate us so we could find good cafes and restaurants. Secure parking is available if booked in advance.

It’s not their fault, but the public transport (tram) and the neighbours (restaurant in the internal court) were pretty noisy especially early in the morning

Not cleaning, not breakfast, not TV channels in other languages than Italian. Downstairs in the alleyway, there's a restaurant which can be very noisy on weekends.

The building is conveniently and centrally located. Rooms are clean, but they aren't made, we stayed 3 days and nobody did any cleaning, besides ourselves. Staff is correct with no additions. Don't expect too much from them as the desk isn't open 24/24. It feels more like an appartment than a hotel, and somehow that's nice. If you watch TV, you better speak Italian, as they don't show ANY international channels. All in all it's a good choice. A bit expensive for what you get, though.

Near to all shops and restaurants Left a couple of things in my room and when we came back to collect our suitcases from reception they were there most hotels would just keep or chuck away so this was appreciated

Like all of the hotels and apt’s in Italy it would be nice to have access to some English speaking channels. Some places even have Netflix, and YouTube.

The apartment was well located within a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station. A beautiful big apt. And located on the 3rd floor. It was quite clean and comfortable. It also had 2 small balconies. Freindly staff and I would certainly recommend it to all.

One simple thing Loger can do something about. The wifi did not work in our room. Thankfully not an issue with our phone coverage. Two very minor things that perhaps Loger can do nothing about but bookers should be aware of. Headroom for those taller than 1.8m is an issue on the mezzanine level. Nothing major but I did have to stoop when going up the stairs and standing. Parking in Turin is a nightmare. If only a short stay my advice would be to pre-book the apartment parking for 25 euros. It is not cheap but it is just across the street and will save you at least 15-20 euros per day (tariffs nearby are almost all around 1.7/1.8 euros per hour with no daily rate available).

Central location was exceptional - it's a short walk to Porta Nuova Station (and even Porta Susa is relatively close) and all the main sights in central Turin. Whilst the immediate area around the station is a bit sketchy, the apartment itself felt incredibly secure and was a quiet space away from the city hustle. The check-in process was very easy with communication via Whatsapp in advance. The apartment was very clean and there was a huge amount of space for two people. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay and, indeed, we were sad we hadn't planned to stay longer in Turin. The takeaway pizza opposite was perfect for two tired travellers. We also stored our bags with reception on our check-out day without any issue.

The space was fantastic and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The process for checking in after hours was easy and the communication from management prior to arrival was excellent.

We loved the fact that this hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The train station was just a couple of blocks away, making it incredibly easy to travel to other locations. Our room was clean, with all the amenities for an extended stay. We would stay here again.

We had a confusing number of keys to access the building and room. The TV doesn't have any streaming service. The worst part was the very hard bed but that is a personal choice. A mattress cover would certainly help. Despite the apartment being quite large there is no desk for laptop use. A single dishwasher tablet for a 5 night stay is a but of a nuisance. We had the power go out in our apartment one night and it wasn't the main fuses but the building manager responded quickly and sorted out the issue (something to do with the central heating???). The facilities listed an iron and ironing board but we had to ask reception to have one delivered to the room. Overall we would book this place again when next in Turin.

Great location and close to everything that a tourist would want in Turin. Check-in process was good but a bit rushed so things did get overlooked. Parking is vert good and secure (albeit a bit expensive). The room decor was fantastic in a late Art-Deco/1950s style but in perfect condition. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer and a good dishwasher. The room had two balconies either side and very good shutters to keep out any noise and light. The room has air conditioning and central heating. We also had a small washing machine which was an unexpected surprise.

There was a sign in the room saying they would charge you 25 euros if you did not wash all your dishes when you leave. This raised a concern that I was eating off dishes from previous guests that may not have been adequately sanitized.

Took 30 min to get the keys to our room as the lockbox code wasn't reset to the code we were given (must have been the previous guests code still) and it was very late, past check in hours so took a while to get an answer on the emergency phone. These things happen and it doesn't change the good experience w the accommodation. We would return.

The location is perfect. Especially if you are planning usian arriva bus to get from and to thr airport (3min walk). The Porta Nuova station 4 minutes, supermarkets, restaurants, center, historical sights all within a walking distance. Dont expect anything fancy, but everything is clean, bed very comfortable, they even changed the towels.

I am 5 foot 8 inches, and parts of this apartment are not very tall. if you are six feet or over, you probably will not be very comfortable here
