Location was perfect. It was just across Roma Termini. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Hot coffee was readily available. Commercial or industrial bread and tetra packed fruit juice were available.

Communication with the staff was a problem. They did not answer calls or texts. We wanted to check in and there was no way to get ahold of them. There was no water pressure. A problem that was temporarily fixed but then they had the same problem the second day. City sounds were a problem but hey it was downtown.

Location was great if you want to be near the train station, which we did. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses around here also. No problems there.

The room and the bathroom needs a renovation. In the shower is mold. The dirty towels were in bathroom on the floor, no one tooked them. We payed for the city tax but didn't received an invoice about it. The lady that cleans to rooms cannot speak 1 word in english. I was disappointed by all these things.

The Hotel is located directly at the central train station Termini. With the metro line one can reach fast and uncomplicated the Colosseum, Vatican, Fontana di Trevi etc.

Bathroom a bit of an adventure. Like all places in Italy, getting through doors and into rooms is like trying to enter a bank vault. And how two intelligent women could not find a TV channel still has us stumped.

There wasn’t any AC so we had to open the window to let the breeze in but being right next to the train station was quite noisy if we did. The bathroom was also quite stuffy and small.

Location was great for public transport needs and in the heart of the city. The staff were really lovely and the facilities met our needs.

The breakfast was poor. We were given the wrong room number and sat for over an hour for a concierge who knew what things were about to get in touch with the agent. She then gave him a different room number to the one I received in my text from her. We are not the sort of people who try all the different room doors! Other staff at the hotel desk had no clue who to contact about our problem. This gave a disappointing start to our stay in Rome.

The room was clean and provided the desired facilities. Location near the station was good. Access to the ‘Nice to meet you’ apartment was good. The bed was remarkably comfortable. The cleaner was very pleasant.

Upon arrival there was no one to meet us and no instructions on how to get in to the building. Thank goodness a man from the first floor helped us. Comparing the breakfast to the other B&Bs we stayed at it was not the best. the only other complaint and we can’t blame the place on the issue of no water one morning, was just how inconvenient it was and so we had to go across the street to use the bathrooms. The next day the water was off again ,thank goodness we showered the night before. Hope the building gets their water issues fixed.

Great location! The view from the window is on the main train station of Rome -Termini. The entrance to the metro is there and it's just across the street. Bus from the airport (any) brings to the station and the departure is also every half hour. At the station there are a lot of cafes where you can eat tasty and varied. The hotel is cozy, just three rooms with a common kitchen and a refrigerator. There is air conditioning in the room. The staff is friendly!

the accommodation is basic, but also cheap. if you want short break in Rome and are not worried about basic accommodation then it’s fine. Rome will more than make up for any shortcomings.

good base for seeing Rome, although that area looks very rough and run down the locals don’t bother you. if you don’t fancy going far to eat the food hall at Termini is very handy. The Metro A & B lines intersect at Termini which is very handy.

Just to make you aware, the room is one of three bedrooms that are next to each other, so at times you can hear people in the room next to you, and you all share a kitchen so you could potentially bump into each other as well.

Great location, easy access for trains, buses and metro, lovely restaurants close by as well. Room was very basic but didn't bother us cos we were out all day.

The neighborhood is quite noisy, though after a good day's work sound sleep was not always a problem.

The bathroom wasn't very clean... the shower curtain should be replaced 10 years ago... Also, the front door wasn't an easy one to open, especially for women. Piazza Navona, Monti or Colonna are the places we spent most time at, so next time would stay much closer to those.

The room was located 500m from central station and around 25min walk from Colosseum.

The rooms face Termini railway station side which obviously makes it a noisy place to be day and night. Because of this the window should be closed all the time (still it's noisy) and the air conditioning in summer needs to be turned on no-stop. The problem in this case is that the rooms have a mobile air conditioner which is very noisy as there's no external motor. On the top of this we had a very wild group of girls next to our room. Basically we didn't sleep all the night. The breakfast..... it's pre arranged with a little basket containing a packet of biscuits, half liter milk, a bottle of juice, crackers, jam and Nutella. We had kindly requested to have something vegan before going, but apparently nobody read our request.

Very friendly manager, Mariano. Short walk from Termini railway station and few steps from the shuttle bus to the airport. Clean, spacious room. The luggage can be left in the property for free after the check out, but as there's no 24/24 reception service there is no one keeping an eye on them.

Host was very unhelpful and kept declining calls for help. Couldn't get into the property so had to stay in once in for fear of not getting back in at night.Other people had same issues. Only time she was at property was to collect tax on the 1st morning.

There was no water our last 14 hours of our staff or the previous night. That is totally unacceptable. A gallon of water dropped off at each room would have at least helped. It was awful having to leave to go home without a shower and to have to hang out at the train station for bathroom facilities. You asked in your survey about the staff. What staff? The only interaction was done by email or What'sApp. There was never any response to our water problem.

The location was ideal--close to the train station. The breakfast was adequate and the bathroom was okay.

I am not normally one to complain We arrived at the property 15/04/2024, we had several problems which included gaining access to accommodation, if receptionist at Rossi hotel on 3rd floor had not helped us we probably wouldn’t of gained entry We had no tv since arriving and no internet access for first 2 days, also really bad smell in bathroom Did leave message via WhatsApp also written note in room, had no response To top it all we have had no running water for 24 hours No clean towels. Very unhappy with communication, or should I say, lack of it
