Amazing view from the property. Really friendly and helpful staff.clean and comfortable room. Bonuses were Daily housekeeping, complimentary breakfast and free washing service. The free shuttle bus to the city centre was needed due to location but worth it for the peace and quiet and amazing view.

Need ear plugs as rooms are a little thin.

The best part was the view. Kids loved the bunk beds in the room and the pool the best. Offering the free shuttle bus was great and makes it worth it.

We used the laundry service but it wasn’t ready in time, probably just need to give them more than 24 hours? The shower was also rather small but that’s somewhat normal across Italy.

The staff were fabulous they really went out of their way to assist with everything. The rooms were wonderful and so was the pool and breakfast.

Can't think of anything. Accommodation in Sorrento is very pricy this was the best deal we could find in June.

Beautiful scenery, friendly and professional staff, couldn't do enough to help make our stay perfect. Lovely pool. Apartment spotless and serviced every day. Free Shuttle service brilliant. Nice to retreat away from the centre of busy Sorrento after a hot day exploring.

We liked everything about the property, including the free shuttle, I just wish it didn’t take so long to go back and forth to town.

Beautiful property, amazing staff, Giovanni goes above and beyond and couldn’t be nicer. Our laundry was done for us, drinks provided, and anything we needed, the staff was on top Of everything.

Nothing really. AC, refrigerator, and plumbing all worked. No complaints there, and nothing that we didn't like.

The staff is amazing. Daniele and Giovanni helped us SO much during our stay, and they honestly made our entire Sorrento experience with their recommendations and booking transportation for us! The views are breath-taking ... absolutely stunning. The shuttle to/from downtown Sorrento was great. Having our own patio with views added another dimension to our family time. And their laundry service was so fast and efficient. We left with clean clothes for our next stops in Italy, and we couldn't be happier with Daniele and his staff at Residence Le Terrazze.

If you like views away from the hustle and bustle this is a great location with a courtesy bus to take you in to town. Friendly staff where nothing is any trouble. Would stay again.

The only criticism is no mirror and plug together to make it easy to sit and do make up and hair. There is this facility in the bathroom but it’s difficult when others need to shower.

The views were breathtaking. Although accommodation is quite basic it is immaculately clean. The most outstanding part of our stay were the staff. They were so helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Aurora and Gianni (I’m so sorry if I’ve spelt names wrong) on reception need a special mention.

A good place to stay for our family of 4. Beautiful views and helpful staff. A good breakfast in the morning. They provided a shuttle to get to town of Sorrento, which was reliable and helpful since it's about 15 minutes from downtown Sorrento.

There were a lot of stairs at the property which can be a challenge for guests (dependent on which room you are allocated). The hotel did offer a porter to carry your bags on check in. It is a great location however you do have to rely on the shuttle to get down into the town of Sorrento, which can be sometimes running late. There is a good restaurant next door to the hotel for dining, otherwise you have to dine in town at Sorrento.

It had the most amazing view and the staff were so so so hospitable. We got a room upgrade, clothes washing service was free and we had free breakfast. The staff were always ready to help and were extremely welcoming. The shuttle bus was also convenient as the centre of sorrento is quite far away. Overall one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Will be coming back in the future!

A bit rough around the edges, only 3-star facilities (room, shower, pool etc) but all as described. Would need massive investment to upgrade everything.

Beautiful location high up in the hills but free shuttle bus back into Sorrento running all day. Incredibly helpful staff. Comfortable room with daily cleaning service and free laundry on request. Suited our family (kids 10,7,5) well.

The rooms definitely need refreshing, simple items such as fixing cracks, and replacing old lights in the bathroom.

The property has a beautiful view and was a great place to start our vacation. The rooms could use some refreshing, but overall it was very nice. We chose not to stay in Sorrento city center, and we picked this hotel due to the complementary bus shuttle into town. It was easy and consistent.
