Great location , views , shuttle every hour

It was a little far from the city center, but the views and quiet more than made up for it. Also, the shuttle service made it easy to get into town.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The service was outstanding. They included things like complimentary laundry, complimentary breakfast and cappuccinos and complimentary shuttle service. Giovanni greeted us on the first day and gave us very helpful hints. The rest of the staff was just as helpful. The shuttle bus was very efficient and the drivers were very helpful.

Shuttle was convenient but sometimes distance from the centre a bit annoying. The amazing views and staff well and truly made up for it.

The bathroom had a lot of mold, shower head broken, and doors in kitchen broken. Just a few simple items that could be taken care of easily.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The views from the balcony are incredible. It's really clean and the beds are so comfortable. Above all of this, the staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. If you're heading to Sorrento, this is the place to stay.

Breakfast was fine. Would love some normal bread though or more pastries.

The staff here are absolutely excellent. We travelled through France and Italy for 5x weeks and these guys were easily the best by far. High level of attention to detail and even assisted with travel elements for us. Fast and efficient when we had a question. The services like the courtesy bus and doing laundry made it a big difference compared to other places. The location is amazing and great for a swim and a drink in the heat. We couldn't be happier with the service. It made our stay much better than expected. Thanks so much guys! The 2x Aussies in room 6.

We loved our room and view from the balcony. It's in a lovely quiet location with a free shuttle into the centre of Sorrento which was amazing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too

If you want to stay in Sorrento Center you might feel uncomfortable renting here, but they have an excellent shuttle and with a short walk you are there .

The staff at this property is exceptional and know how to handle their clients Up to date about all necessary issues no matter how simple . Very professional

There was nothing we did not like about the property

The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were amazing. From the day we arrived to the very last day. They upgraded us without us having to ask. Then we had family coming for a day and we asked if it was ok for them to use the pool and also for parking. They said of course it is there was not a problem. Honestly if you are interested in booking this place don’t hesitate. We actually stayed there 11 years ago me not realizing when I booked. When we got there my husband said we have been here before. I said I don’t think so. Then he showed me photos from 11years ago and the exact same. They were very kind and hospitable then and they were amazing this time also. We would not hesitate to book there again.

The staff & views are simply incredible! The property is so beachy & beautiful. The food is amazing & they provide a bus into & out of town for those who want to see the city center. This hotel has one of the nicest staffs I’ve ever encountered & the pool is lovely as well. Great hotel overall!!

Incredible views from our balcony, fantastic staff who were so kind and welcoming and organised two brilliant day trips for us (to Capri and to the Amalfi Coast). It was calm and tranquil staying a little outside of Sorrento and there is a free shuttle bus which takes 15 - 20 minutes to get into the centre. Our room had everything we needed including a kitchenette so we could prepare some meals, but they gave us a free breakfast also :)

Not really. Maybe just some different cushions on outdoor couches.

The manager and staff were so wonderful to us. The setting of the hotel in the hillside with the incredible views are unmatched. The rooms were so clean and decorated so cute. The top floor white terrace is amazing for relaxing and conversation. Pool was the greatest

The free shuttle service to and from town is included in your stay but just be aware to plan your day around getting in and out of town. There is a period from around 12pm-3pm when the shuttle bus doesn’t run and if you want to get back during that time it’s a £50-60 cab ride.

Stunning views and a super comfortable stay for families to enjoy Sorrento. Our room was clean, bright and airy. The pool is just what you need in the unrelenting Italian summer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A huge bonus to staying here is the free laundry service. Breakfast was nice.
