The hotel was in a great location, close to all the need to see places. Anastasia was amazing on check-in filling us in on the history and where to go. The property/palace has incredible history within its wall and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

the Noisy out side the hotel . becuase The hotel building is old style and not insulated. but was not big issue.

Our stay at Leone Blue Suites was truly wonderful. The location was perfect, and the 500-year-old building with its beautiful interior offered not just comfort but a sense of connection to Florence's history. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room/suite was lovely--very spacious, comfy bed and a gorgeous painted ceiling--breakfast was perfect, and the location was conveniently located to walk to all the sights and restaurants we wanted to experience. Loved it!

Property is excellent. If was on my own or just with my husband I would probably stay in a hotel where there is more of a buzz factor and people around.

Location was great - staff were really lovely. It is an amazing property with a lot of historical interest. We had a two bedroom apartment as we were travelling with a teenager and the space worked well.

I cannot find a single fault with the hotel.

The building was incredible, and the room was spacious, full of character, and very comfortable . Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice. The venue is just a short walk from attractions such as the Ponte Vecchio. I have never received better customer service than at this accommodation. Our travel was delayed, but the staff communicated with us via WhatsApp to reassure us that they would be there.. Despite official closing time for arŕival being 8pm, they waited until midnight to greet us. Nothing was too much trouble. There was even a glass of wine available on arrival.

They joke about their “high speed elevator” but it didn’t bother us at all.

Wonderful, helpful staff in a grand updated palazzo. We loved the location on the river, which is walking distance to everything (including the train station) but out of the worst crowds. With only nine rooms you feel like guests in someone’s very fancy home. Excellent breakfast too.

Fantastic place to stay in Florence. Excellent location. Easily walkable from train station. Central for everything we wished to do. Lovely individually themed rooms, huge. A unique place to stay. The breakfast was exceptional. It really got the day started well. The staff were all so kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was an interesting mix of traditional and contemporary decor. The platform provided the perfect view of the bridge and Arno river.

Excellent location, a historic building (felt like we've stayed in a museum), super friendly staff. The receptionist, Daniela, told us a brief history of the city, what are the most interesting attractions, and gave us some useful hints.

Wi-Fi was a little bit patchy.

Friendly staff and huge suite for 4 of us. We weren’t expecting to be in such an amazing historical building where lots of the original features have been incorporated with modern touches. The communal areas are stunning. A short walk to all the sites and lots of great restaurants just over the bridge.

Location was excellent - Right on the Arno. Breakfast was typical. The most important facet of the hotel - the incredible staff - always there with a smile and always ready to make a recommentation.
