We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was a perfect location nice safe and friendly area. Hotel staff were so friendly and very accommodating.The shuttle bus service to the sanctuary was excellent dropping and collecting my friend and myself each day 🙏 Gorgeous breakfast every morning with plenty to choose from 😀 I never leave reviews but this family run hotel deserves a 10 out of 10 for a brilliant service nice clean rooms with housekeeping service every day of our stay 👍

SpainFor me the location was perfect, since I was traveling with my car. But for someone who travels by public transport and who wants to go to the sanctuary area, it could be a bit far away.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise for one night on a trip of many months. I wish I had stayed longer, everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive from the start. The restaurant is magnificent and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

United StatesWe wanted to eat at the hotel but there was some kind of party going on that lasted into dinner service. Noise deafening music. Thankfully the lady at the front desk gave us an excellent restaurant suggestion at a 10 minute walk. PERFECT! Breakfast was not what I was expecting. The only good thing about it was the huge croissant. Everything else was wrapped in plastic, juice was watery and coffee came out if the machine and was horrendous
The employees were great. We were dropped off at the Padre Pio Sanctuary and when we wanted to go back, we called and he was there within 10 minutes. Room was extremely clean

Location was great, breakfast was okay for a small charge. Free shuttle to the Shrine of St Padre Pio. It's a 3 star hotel but with a 5 star treatment. The shuttle driver is the owner of the hotel, Don Leonardo. He's very humble and down to earth person. He doesn't speak that much english but he tries to show the beautiful scenery of San Giovanni Rotondo.

South AfricaNo one could speak English. It wasn't communicated that only cash is to be used in the area of the sanctuary and to get a bus ticket. No ATMs were available at the sanctuary area apparently either. . Luckily the bus driver took pity on me.
The breakfast was varied and served with a fresh, hot croissant as well. All meals are available on the property. I like that there was a shuttle from this hotel to the sanctuary at the top. There is a bus to and from Foggia that stops very close to this hotel.
