Great location; beautifully stylish and clean new apartment in history-filled building. Bathroom was just gorgeous -- and bed was a four-poster! Host was extremely helpful.

Good location at the edge of the Old Town making it easy to take in the sights. Lots of excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a late flight out of Bari on the last day of our stay, I have to say the owner of the Residenze went above and beyond to make sure our departure was comfortable.

The breakfast is in a café 2min walking, you Go there with vouchers which is worth a croissant, one cup of coffee and a cup of juice, anything extra you should pay. Not enough for me.

The room is amazing, comfortable and big bed, good (just one note: the room where we stayed - Ponente - has a bathroom with a very mix ceiling, people with more than 1,8m Will bump their heads). We got a early check in and everytime we had a question they responded our message very quickly.

Timber bed frame made it noisy every time I turned during the night.

Everything, it was clean, comfortable and very nice decor. Shower was great with lovely toiletries . Great location and access through phone was amazing. Having parking nearby was a bonus.

Wonderfull hoast. Very helpful. The room was very clean with al facilitys. Water. Coffee and thee. Best stay in Italy for us. She surpriced my daughter with a birthday cake.

No lift- which was clearly stated, therefore no complaints. Quite noisy due to the proximity to the main road. Seaview- you can see the sea, but it is not what you would expect from "seaview".when you look out of one of the windows you see across the road and between the buildings of the port area a bit of a sthe sea.

Very convenient location, easy access by car and yet in the old town, walking distance to everything you need: super friendly host who is very repsonsive and helpful with everything. The size of the room was ok for a couple of days, and we had the basics we needed. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Keyless access is quite comfortable. The breakfast restaurant is very close to the hotel, and they are super friendly too.

The bathroom ceiling was low, difficult to shower if you are tall.

Good location for old town. Big and clean room. Easy communications and access. Loved the mini fridge and breakfast vouchers for the cafe around the corner.

The sea view is not really a sea view but a limited view at a part of the harbour.

Location is superb - right in the historical center of Bari. Breakfast is at a bar (100m further) and is limited to coffee juice and a croissant The apartment has everything you need - nice comfy bed - little fridge with water in it - coffee and tea

Couldn't fault this accommodation.

Modern B&B in a great location when travelling to Croatia/Greece/Albania on the ferry. The room was super funky and clean. One of our best rooms to date! Chiara greeted us and assisted us with carrying our bags up the stairs. Breakfast was just around the corner too. We would highly recommend this very reasonably priced room to others and we'd love to return, hopefully sooner than later.

Wonderful location, in the heart of Old Bari. Very nice agreement with a closeby Caffe, for the breakfast. All really good, next time I will be in Bari I will go back there

The digital key. It was a pain to find the link every time you needed to open the door and cell signal is not always available. A key code is much better

The cosy room is perfectly located close to the port main road and in the old city of Bari. It has a fantastic air condition, coffee machine and a small refrigerator with a supply of water bottles every day. Highly recommended.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The owner kept in touch all the time. Any queries were answered immediately. Very convenient for the old town and the port. All amenities were excellent.

Everything was perfect, starting from the attention that was given to us already before the arrival. Location is fantastic, Bari Vecchia it’s vibrant and colourful and walking in the narrow streets it’s just an incredible experience. The room was clean and has everything you need. Everything! The room was beautiful, the cleaning was done perfectly (high standards), the staff was kind helpful and had plenty of good advices, the location was central and close to Bari Vecchia! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!

40 steps to our room which was okay for us but need to be aware of this. Bathroom was very pretty but petite in height, perfect for us as we are short. Room next door with double aspect had bigger bathroom. Map of area would be helpful
