Nothing. Everything was perfect

Everything. The facility was clean. The bed was amazingly soft and comfortable. The bathroom was even cleaner. The atmosphere was warm and familiar. Alberobello is small so everything is close. The office it's 3 minutes away. The man who welcomed us was nice and polite. Wanted to help us and feel welcomed. Showed us and explained everything in the house and then he showed us the map with the locations of some things

The handle on the kettle gets really hot, you have to use a cloth to pick the kettle up to pour the water

The suite was beautiful, i spoilt myself and had it all to myself, it's even got a patio and sun lounges I which I had a lie on in the sun, this suite was worth every doller, it gave me the best experience of being in a Trulli house and the people in reception were really nice and helpful, thankyou

We enjoyed our room very much. The decor was very pretty. The location is ideal: close to the parking and to the city centre. We had soap and slippers too. The matters was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming as well.

Very beautiful room. Very professional staff greeted us at a reception location and then walked us to the trullo to explain the area and the facility. Just a bit outside the more historic area but just a quick walk to get to the main piazza. Room is beautiful, clean, and authentic.

The one surprise because we were exhausted was it was a long walk to get to our location from check-in desk. The receptionist however was very helpful to get us to our place. I would say this is one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in and I've been on plenty of vacations! Another suggestion is that they have coffee for the guest. Just like they have water in the fridge.

The room was absolutely cozy romantic and beautiful! The shower was big which wasn't easy to find in Italy. Nice location and easy walking distance from the downtown area of Areobello. Plenty of channels if you like to watch TV, nice stove and fridge and a little coffee pot. Couldn't ask for a better room! The design of this room was just amazing!

The bed was a bit too soft for my preferences but this is highly subjective.

Very welcoming staff that made sure they explain everything and help us the most. Friendly and positive. The Trulli provided the most authentic Alberobello experience, and it is located very close to the Cosma and Damian basilica.

The apartment is beautiful! No Trullo roof from the outside, but inside you can clearly see it. Very comfy bed and cool in the heat. There was a kitchen but it wasn't really stocked with equipment, so if you wanted to cook this perhaps isn't the place for you. That didn't bother us, we just wanted a fridge to keep water in! Bit of a walk from the office with luggage, but check in was very easy and it's only about a ten minute walk to the centre of everything you'd want to see!

Leaving, we could have moved in an stayed forever.

Excellent in every way. Fantastic position, wonderful staff. My husband got lost and Danielle found him and brought him home. We were looking for a trulli experience and found it here. Alberobello is wonderful, great food, easy to navigate, quiet and very interesting every corner you turn. It is a ten out of ten only because there was no provision for 12 or 13 out of 10.

The apartment is near the city center and 15 minutes from train station by walk. It was clean and comfortable. The staff speak English what is big plus 🙂

Everything was perfect.

Our stay at La Cantina was fantastic, everything was perfect, a very clean space and 5 star service. The host prepared for us places where we could have breakfast and guides for an easy check-in which was very helpful since we arrived there late night. The house is perfect and exactly as shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need for long stays. Thank you for hosting us.

Nothing stood out.

Good central location having everything within walking distance. Loved the interior, well decorated and facilities were all good. Including air-conditioning, hot water flow, TV, WiFi, refrigerator. Staff were helpful and a great experience in Alberobello throughout, would recommend this accomodation to others!

Really nice place, takes you back in time! Very well thought through to make sure guests are happy. lovely place, with little fridge and stove if needed. Absolutely exceptional customer service at the reception, guys are really going out of their way to provide the best service and make you enjoy your time to the fullest
