Spacious pretty room with everything you need. Loved the solution of the bathroom as we were 2 girls it made the getting ready part very easy. It was so very clean and staff was kind and easy going. Bed was comfortable, WiFi worked as it should, bed was comfortable everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Both the host and the cleaner were very nice and helpful. The free espresso was very much appreciated.

The apartment was a bit small for 2 people. The curtains could not be closed completely so lost some privacy. A bit disappointed that the price quoted was not the final price compared to other accommodation provided by Booking.com. Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine. Facilities listed were not accurate.

Elena was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we couldn't get to the apartment because of a bus strike and we couldn't get a taxi she went out of her way to give us a lift to the apartment. She also gave us a lot of local information eg where to eat etc. The apartment was clean, very presentable, beds were comfortable and not far from station and centre of La Spezia. Leaving some water for us was a nice touch.

The only downsides for me were the lack of sufficient sunlight coming into our room with only one small window overlooking a small courtyard, and there not being a parking garage nearby, which meant we had to walk quite a distance with our luggage.

We were offered an autonomous check-in and check-out, meaning that we did not have to meet with the staff of the hotel in order to get our room key. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, as was the bedroom.

There were some construction /working going on in the building they start early in the morning like 6/7 am and finish late afternoon. Moreover, you can easily hear what is going on in the hallway from your room. it was stressful and very annoying 😒

The room are cosy and have all the facilities you need. Situated nearby the city center and few blocks away from the pier for the ferries. The service is good and the team are very responsive. I will recommand it for a short stay.

- it can be noisy during the night if your neighbors are not aware how good are the acoustics. - we had trouble sleeping because our neighbors were having too much fun in the bedroom.

It was clean and central to down town La Spieza and close to train and restaurants. Shower was small and had no place to put soap and shampoo. Great place to stay to visit Cinque Terra.

We would have been a little better of with an accommodation close to the train station, because we used La Spezia as a place to travel from Portofino and Cinque Terre.

The room was spacious and it had everything we needed, it was also close to restaurants and a free parking lot which we needed.

Lack of wardrobe/place in the room for storing the spare blankets, printed materials prepared by host, which occupied space on the armchairs and table. Lack of hangers for towels and shelves for accessories in the bathroom made it not so comfortable for two people. The window blinds concealing the internal yard view limited daylight.

Location is excellent both for visiting the La Spezia and Cinque terre. The room and bathroom are nice and clean. Coffee machine with coffee/tea provided, fridge and safe box are great to have here. The host was welcoming, the provided information was full and clear.
