Host Riccardo was very helpful, warm, and welcoming. The location was quiet, close to a local coop, pharmacy, and restaurants, and was about 4 mins walk to the waterside. It was about 20min walk to St Marco square, and was easy to get to other locations by water bus or taxi. It was only 30mins from the airport by water taxi. The apartment we stayed in overlooks a beautiful garden and has a partial view of the water. The apartment was very nicely decorated, secure with pin code entry, and clean, with facilities for cooking and laundering clothes.

Everything was exceptional. Very comfortable beds. Everything we needed we had and we were provided with lists of restaurants and bars, by location which were super helpful which we picked for breakfast , lunch and dinner and they were all excellent!! Location was perfect as we were 1 minute away from via Garibaldi where we found lots of good restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Recommend 💯

Enjoyed everything.

Best location, away from the maddening crowds yet close enough to walk everywhere. Travelled for a month and this was one of the best apartments we stayed all trip. Spacious, simple modern elegance. Well equipped. Many great stores on main street, Via Garibaldi. Really wanted to experience Venice as a local, shopping like a local, preparing our meals--this apartment made this happen in spades. Well thought out layout, very comfy bed and pillows. Quality. A wonderful neighborhood where locals live. Attention to detail. True comfort just like home.

Amazing place, very very clean & beautiful with all the comforts & amenities. Riccardo was the host and he was so wonderful & attentive. Really gorgeous place & will definitely stay there again when I visit Venice. We were a family of 4 & loved everything about this stay. Bathroom was clean, included a washing machine & hot dryer rack. Just perfect!!!

The house is beautiful and old, like other houses in Venice, and understandably the old floors and ceilings are not very soundproof. So, the quality of the vacation depends in some way on the neighbors. If the neighbors are noisy, it can be difficult to sleep.

The apartment was very well equipped, nicely decorated, well located, in a quiet side street. It was easy to get there, the property had a folder with information about attractions and restaurant recommendations. Sara - our contact also promptly answered additional questions.

No complaints. Some might like to have it closer to San Marco, we appreciated that is wasn't directly in the middle of the craziness -- only a short pleasant walk to everything.

Best accommodation we ever had. Super comfy beds, everything being luxurious. Loved everything. A lot of teas, coffee, biscuits and little sponge cakes. Lovely lady greeted us. Windows overlooking little park.

It is a great place to stay for a few days in Venice. The appartment was very well equipped and very clean. The location is good to reach and the area around the appartment is quiet and bars and restaurants are just 2 minutes away. We will definitly come back to enjoy the appartment and Venice.

The apartment was perfect, every small detail considered. Fully equipped, clean, really comfortable, beautifully decorated, the hosts went above and beyond. The location was perfect, in a beautiful area, away from all the chaos, great restaurants nearby and a supermarket, and a great greengrocer on the canal right near the apartment. 2 mins to the Giardini Biennale stop. I can’t recommend the apartment enough, we stayed 5 days ( 2 adults and 2 teens) and it was just perfect.

Very beautiful apartment, so comfortable and high end, location is perfect right next to a lovely road with many caffès and restaurants but still quiet, minutes from water bus and close to Biennale! and best of all…our host went out of his way to help with every detail, quickly, efficiently and so courteous!! Everything was fine

Everything, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Quiet locatio but all amenities to hand. I went to Venice for the Biennale and the location of the apartment was excellent....literally diwn the road. Sara was responsive to my correspondence over the course of the stay, and afterwards.
