Taking money for luggage storage when you check in early

Perfect location for transport to Venice and airport. Also good eats next door

The shower was narrow and I'm a small Asian lady too and I kept bumping into the shower handle by accident. But not sure if the other rooms had the same narrow shower as us. Also there is no lifts to get to your room only a flight of stairs so be warned. I've taken a photo of the stairs below. We able to handle it but those that are elderly with large suitcases might not be able to.

The location was close to train station, buses, trams and shops. I'm glad I changed my accommodation to Venice Maestri as we were originally to stay at Venice S. Lucia. But after visiting the S.Lucia and seeing the canals and large crowd I can imagine it would of been a nightmare trying to get to our accommodation with our luggage over bridges and very narrow lane ways with crowds

It was a little loud when you'd open the window and if you closed the air would get a little stuffy. And although there's AC, you can't get it to go lower than the outside temperature.

Fantastic location and great amenities! Host was also amazing. Would actually book this place again as it was a fantastic value for the price.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and was easy to find. We loved the washroom and shower, modern design and room. Everything was easy and smooth running from start to finish. We had a lovely stay!

The bed was not so comfortable, but it's really a thing of a habit. There is not much noise canceling, so you can hear other guests and the outside.

Good location, only 15 minutes by bus to Venice, near the rain station and some parking places. The host was very nice and helped with everything we needed, instructed us about all the things we needed in our stay. The room was very clean.

I loved the rooms! Nice, clean and comfortable! The owner was so pleasant and accommodating! I will recommend this place to my friends and family! Only thing better directions to the location. I had a little hard time finding it. But overall, a wonderful place!

Nothing to not like.

The owner was welcoming and friendly. She happily helped us with our questions and also got us milk for tea and coffee. The room is large and airy, quiet, and across the road from the bus connection to/from airport and to the Dolomites. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommended for a stay.

The location might not be the most picturesque, which could be off-putting for some, but we didn't mind it.

The hostess was incredibly lovely and helpful, allowing us to bring our bikes in to disassemble and pack before our flight. She also guided us on the best transportation to the airport, advising us on which coach to take. The fridge stocked with ice-cold drinks was a refreshing welcome after our arrival. The room was immaculate, and the AC was a much-appreciated relief from the heat. The spacious bathroom was equally clean, showcasing the owner's meticulous care. Communication was straightforward, and all our expectations were met. The owner even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, so we could enjoy Venice worry-free. The location is excellent, right outside Mestre station. Highly recommended!

Keys to your car at the parking lot need to leave to a manger of the parking. He doesn’t speak English .

Location is perfect - just in front if train station- if You are travelling to Venice it is best choice. You can also arrange a parking lot next to hotel with very good price. For me it was 8€/day in 08 24 for a car.

The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, so sleeping was comfortable. The place of hotel is very cool: just 5 minutes walk to the train station from where you get to Venice in 10 minutes. Also, there is a restaurant across the street with decent price tasty food, cheaper than in Venice, so we had lunch or supper there.

Great location right across the Mestre Ferrovia train and bus station. You can reach the accomodation by bus directly from both airports (ACTV). From Laguna Blu Mestre there is only 10 minutes train ride to Mestre S. Lucia, where there are boats taking tourists all over Venice. Comfortable bed, nice supportive host, clean and modern apartment, coffee machine available 24h, mainly everything we could wish for.
