Everything! Close to water, our room looked right at. The breakfast was fantastic, with a huge selection. Close to bus stop and dining.

This hotel was incredible. The accommodations are beautiful and clean. It has the most beautiful views right on the lake. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The included breakfast was very good. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the Hotel was wonderful. Its located right across the street from the lake and the docks and the staff are amazing. We enjoyed the Breakfast at Aqua but did not have a chance to have dinner there as it was closed the evening we wanted to eat there. The woman at reception reserved a table for us at a sister hotel a few blocks away and dinner there was wonderful. There we met Ivano (I hope I am spelling the name correctly), who it turns out normally works at Aqua. We had a great meal and learned a lot about the wonderful town from Ivano. The next morning at the breakfast buffet, we ran into him again when he recognized us from the evening before. Our room was wonderful and the bath was almost as large as the bedroom. Although it was a short hike from the hotel, we were able to park our car in a small lot with a security gate. We never had to use the car while in town, so it was nice to know it was secure.

Beautiful room as upgraded to a lake view. Huge bathroom. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Well located to town and restaurants and secure parking provided 500m away.

Stunning location! Beautiful room with an outstanding view. I wish I could have stayed longer. The two female receptionists were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a perfect stay. They were so welcoming. The restaurant and breakfast was the best in our whole trip.

Checkout time bit early at 10am. Minifridge in room wasn’t working (filled but not chilled).

Our car was dinged in the street parking area, but that was hardly the fault of the hotel.

Location, location, location. The views from the rooms and restaurant are spectacular. The rooms are very nice, as was the staff.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that can disappoint someone that parking slots are not directly near the hotel - 5 minutes to walk. But it is with code, closed gate and video.

1. Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. Restaurant at the hotel for dinner, if you do not want to go somewhere. 5. Great location near all key places, shops and restaurants.

Love every bits of our stay here. We have got free upgrade from economy (no view) to having the lake view! We are grateful for it and the services provided has been top notch. Requested a very last minute birthday celebration and they were very quick in replying me and helped to setup the room. Brilliant service by the team and thanks for making our trip memorable.

It was just perfect! The staff is so friendly and helpful with all questions, it’s just an exceptional service. We were upgraded with a room, we got the room with the biggest terrace. The view was incredible😍 My hisband had birthday during our stay and hotel gifted us with a bottle of prosecco. It was so nice! If you ever will be in Lago di Garda - stay at this hotel, you will not regret.
