Got a bit hot at night (only AC until 11pm) we found the town side where the draft is nice too noisy but the other side with the ocean waves was really nice- I think AC on at this time only is common for the area though. All the stairs but that’s what you get when you stay in Cinque Terre.

Beautiful decorated, great views- of the ocean and the beautiful town. Couldn’t get a better view than that.

Stayed in the Emerald Suite for 3 nights. Amazing ocean view from our window and even better view of Vernazza from the rooftop terrace. Suite had everything you needed with a sitting room with table, bedroom and an appealing bathroom. Only 47 steps to the front door from the street and 31 up to the room from the street door. We thought it was very easy as there are a lot of steps in Cinque Terre and alot of accomodation have many many more! Owner of accomodation met us at the train station and helped with bags up to the room and was very informative about things to do in the area. Had the best pizza (Parma pizza) and Spritz’s(basil Spritz and rosemary Spritz) that have enjoyed so far in Italy at the bar down by the water on the right! Would highly recommend and would definitely book here again!

Vernazza is a very steep place and our room was only accessed up many stairs and then on the top floor of the building accessed via very steep steps. Just something to be aware of. The general location was good and centrally located though.

Lots and lots of stairs but they cannot be avoided due to the terrain. I really don't count that as a negative but it is a need to know for potential guests with mobility issues

I loved that they met us at the train station and took us up to our room. Gave us a tour of the facility, including the roof top and a map of the area. He explained the map in detail highlighting several things that were extremely helpful to us. They had hiking poles to use on the Cinque Terre trail which were very helpful to me with my bum knee.

The property is ideally located central to everything. Our room was spectacular with a view of the sea. We kept our window open at night and slept to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks. The decor was very pleasing with spaces to sit comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect! Having spent 3 nights in an appalling hotel in Milan this was amazing. It was light, breezy and roomy and the staff were so helpful. We went to sleep every night to the sound of the ocean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, not sure I have ever slept so well!!!

This is not a typical hotel in the sense that there is no lobby for check-in, etc. Make sure you coordinate your check-in in advance as it’s not at the address indicated in the booking app. Unfortunately my phone stopped working when we got to Cinque Terre and we had a hard time checking in to our room. Once this was sorted out, the stay was perfect.

From the description we did think we would have more of sea view from the room; whilst lovely it was quite a small window. The cost of parking was very expensive and if arriving by car there is no other real option. Th town itself was very touristy and so we would go off season to the towns in the cinque terra.

The suite was extremely well done with high quality fittings. Two lovely rooms with a light airy feel. The sun terrace in the roof had the most amazing views of vernazza town and the sunset. The room has very good access to the trail walking to Corniglia which we really enjoyed. The drive into Vernazza is amazing though the National park and very windy roads with sea views - only for confident drivers.

Nothing really, except we went to the beach one day and the beach towels that are to share with the other apartment were gone for over 24 hours so we just air dried! It all worked out fine ;-).

Great location in the beautiful area of Vernazza. The stairs to get to the property are quite steep, but that is to be expected in this area. The views from the balcony are hard to beat. We often got pizza and fish cones and ate dinner on the balcony every night. The bathroom is quite large and the kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. We would love to visit again sometime!
