The 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is overestimated. A good 3 star. Tiny rooms with few room amenities. No easy Wi-Fi . Medium rate food.

The hotel is very old school and requires upgrades and renewal, especially bathrooms. We were disappointed with dinner which was much much better 6 years ago. Bathrobe for wellness is at extra charge (slippers, cap, bathrobe). The beds were not so comfortable. Generally from a 4 star hotel a bit more is expected.

This is our 2nd time (last time was 6 years ago) here and we can say that the staff is still very good. We liked breakfast, which has a large variety of food. The location is great, a few min walking distance from the cable car. Wellness is good, but can be a bit crowded during evening hours.

We came here with our dog because this hotel is pet friendly and we also payed a lot for the room. But for every breakfast, lunch or dinner we had to stay in a separate small room because we had the dog. Also the plates they served for lunch and dinner was a little expensive.

Since the hotel is pet-friendly, the smell of pets was very strong in the elevator.

Very quiet place. A small cozy hotel at the foot of the mountains with a SPA, a large spacious room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Delicious breakfast, coffee. It is also possible to order dinner in advance.

The weather!!!

We went as a family of 6 for a few days walking in the mountains. The area was great for us as there were lots of medium walks for us to do, the town was nearby as was the cable car! There was a pool and spa in the hotel which was very good and useful as the weather was not as kind as it could have been! Breakfast was good, a large selection on the buffet. We only ate in once, but that was very nice. There are plenty of other places to eat around. Staff were helpful with information on the area and what to do and see.

Overall the facility would need some renovation to uplift to up-to-date 4 stars hotels standards.

Family ambient, not many people around. Food was good. Pool Excellent. Staff always ready to answer questions and give insights as requested.

Stayed overnight with a group of friends while touring on our motorcycles. Splendid mountain location, quiet and pleasant situation. Staff were friendly and engaging and our evening meal and breakfast were top notch. Would return and recommend to others.

it was not even a room.. there was a woodenblockage in front of the window so the room was dark and had zero airflow. The photos on booking and on their own Website showed totaly different rooms.. not even the wifi was working.. all in all a full desaster in Germany it would not even fullfill the lightest fire hazard regulations so small was it. im 1,92 m not small but not fat but i couldnt even fit trough the shower door.. it was a pain for three nights.. my complaints got on deaf ears.. for the price point of 260 € its a scam basicly no breakfast or pool could make up for that

Even tough room was big, the roof made half the room unusable, curtains didn’t close fully due to a beam in the middle and guys … it’s 2023, you NEED to have decent WiFi … it was horrible.

Location was good for purpose, one night stop over.

Gym needs an update

Very nice hotel and food - all seemed very authentic🇮🇹very close to Zoncolan lift and Monte Zoncolan area with good hiking routes.

The hotel has quite old rooms including bathroom, that should be renovated in order to meet the 4* standards. The SPA area could be a bit bigger in order to accommodate hotel guests during the peak hours. Also, the SPA area could be cleaned more regularly, and not only in the beginning of the day. If you seek for any other activities except skiing, there is not much to do in the area.

In overall the hotel is good, but could be better for the quality-price match. The hotel has a SPA and the ski resort very close by. If you wish to eat outside the hotel, there are a few options for the restaurants. Also, a small supermarket is close to the hotel.
