Difficult drive from.Como to hotel. Narrow switch backs and aboutvan hour drive. However, the views were outstanding and breathtaking.

Absolutely beautiful, serene views from.the hotel balcony and location to walking path to Bellagio city square and ferries. Lovely surroundings, mountains, Lake and charm.

The breakfast was very basic and they had a hard time keeping up with the guests as we consumed it. Nickoli was great! However some of the other staff that managed the checkin/out were not as friendly.

Loved the view, the room, the location, the wait staff, the hotel decor, parking, ducks... We were so happy we stayed on the quiet side of Bellagio! And, the walk to town was exactly as described -

The WiFi reception wasn't great, the connection was weak and kept failing, and we ended up reverting to our mobile data usage. This would be a problem if we wanted to be working remotely from the hotel, but for vacation purposes it was ok.

Our experience was amazing! This hotel was such a nice surprise. We asked for a room with lake view, but we were not expecting such amazing views... Our room had a small terrace facing the mountains and the lake, and we felt like we didn't even have to leave the hotel to be able to experience Lake Como. So peaceful, so calm, and so utterly beautiful. The breakfast was really good, the staff was nice, and the cleaning team was super fast and efficient. The moment we had to check-out was definitely a sad moment, and we can't wait to be back again... The villa of Bellagio did not disappoint, we clearly picked the best place to stay in Lake Como in order to rest, walk around and just relax while being constantly amazed by our surroundings. :)

Only by reading the reviews we found out that in October there was no open restaurant and they only had breakfast. However, location was ok and you had a close by snack machine.

The staff was not helpful. Just the guy at the front desk. Not good service. Trash truck at 5am woke us up every morning. The owner will close the terrace in the evening so no one could enjoy the view

It’s a shame that the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is fantastic, right on Lake Como and in a much quieter part of Bellagio. The walk to Bellagio is easy albeit a bit of a climb to get there.

The room was on the smaller side which is not unusual for the area, but beware the is no air conditioning so it did get a bit warm in there at times (outside temp was mid-80s). A restaurant would have been a nice amenity because the outdoor space is quite lovely. There was continental breakfast service in the morning but a late afternoon cocktail/bar area would have been a game changer. It is not clear when booking that this is not a FULL service hotel, and it actually operates a bit like an bed and breakfast.

The location was beautiful and since we had a lake facing room the views were spectacular. The morning breakfast was lighter fare but still very tasty. Located in a quiet neighborhood (Pescallo) it was a short walk to the bustle of Bellagio which made the location very appealing. The room was nicely appointed with a large bathroom. The folks at the front desk were helpful and accommodating allowing us to store luggage prior to check-in to and after check-out so we could maximize our time in Bellagio without hauling luggage around.

Bed wasn’t too comfy (was ok), no A/C (only fan) and the breakfast buffet did not have a huge selection.
